This wasn't my first time staying here, and I was satisfied with previous stays, so I chose to stay at the same place again this time. However, when I asked for bottled water at night, they only gave me two bottles, saying that any extras would incur a charge. This wasn't the case before. The sheets had patches. The room's soundproofing was also terrible; the upstairs neighbors were making loud noises until after 11 PM. I think I will never stay at this place again; this experience was extremely poor.

My stay at Tianxin Business Hotel was very satisfying. It's located in a bustling area of Hailar, making transportation very convenient, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the facilities were complete and functional. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, responsive, and attentive to details. Overall, it was clean, quiet, and hassle-free – a business hotel with excellent value for money in Hailar. Highly recommended!

We took the kids to Hulunbuir for summer vacation to enjoy the scenery of the grasslands. We stayed at the Hanting Hotel near Hailar Old Town. The hotel's location was superb; Hulunbuir Old Town was just a short walk away, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel was newly opened, so all the facilities were new, the service was excellent, and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again next year if we have the chance!

This stay far exceeded my expectations, five stars all the way! The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the subway and commercial districts, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, no dust in the corners, the bedding was dry and odorless, hot water was plentiful, and the air conditioning worked great. The soundproofing was also very good, so my sleep wasn't disturbed at all. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were polite and patient, proactively recommending local attractions and responding promptly to any requests. The facilities are comprehensive, and the common areas are tidy. For this price, to get such service and environment is incredible value for money. It's my top choice for business trips and travel; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Very good service attitude The location is in an alley, opposite the traffic police brigade, surrounded by many tea and food shops, and very close to the ancient city. The disadvantages are that the front desk is too small and gives the first impression of a guest house; the rooms are economical and standard, relatively clean, and the towels are disposable, but there is no phone in the room and you cannot call the front desk; the water in the shower is a bit blocked. TV screen projection looks quite comfortable. Generally speaking, if the price is a little lower than 300 to 400 yuan, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

This is a new and modern, business-oriented hotel in the center of the city. There are shopping centers and local restaurants within walking distance. Easy to arrange tours into the grassland. Well-maintained rooms and spacious. Sheets are clean and rooms are equipped with modern amenities. Try talking to the AI control in the room( Chinese) it was interesting and does a few actions with voice control

5 points full praise! The hotel as a whole exceeded expectations, the room was cleaned very clean, no smell, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The attitude of the young lady at the front desk is super good, the check-in speed is fast, and there is a problem on call. The location is easy to find, it is convenient to eat and go shopping around, the sound insulation is also good, the price is super high, next time I come to live here, it is highly recommended!
