There was only one person at the front desk, so I had to wait in a long line to check in. I don't understand why a large hotel like Ji Hotel only has one staff member during peak season. They have a dedicated parking lot, but you have to honk for someone to open the gate. The single front desk staff was swamped, and I waited three or four minutes for someone to open the gate. The soundproofing is terrible, and the air conditioning in the room made strange noises. Overall, it was a really disappointing stay.
