I've never been this frustrated! 1. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was nowhere to park. We couldn't check out, and after much negotiation, we finally found a car that had left! If that car hadn't left, what would have happened to our car?! Our first priority when choosing a hotel is whether there's parking and what the rating is! 2. The TV projection was unclear and went beyond the screen frame. 3. After showering, we found the faucet was stuck! We called staff, and after a lot of work, they finally managed to turn it off, but two people hadn't showered yet. They told us to go to a room on the 10th floor to shower—forget it! But the dripping sound accompanied us all night! 4. In a room priced at 446 yuan, the window glass was cracked, there was only one clothes rack, and not a single tissue. Even more bizarrely, the air conditioner was installed next to the window, behind the curtains! At night, with the curtains drawn, it was practically useless to have air conditioning! I especially want to ask Ctrip: how did such a dilapidated and chaotic hotel get a 5-star rating?! Even five-star hotels rarely get 5 stars; 4.9 is already top-tier!

The restrooms lacked a separate shower and toilet area, were only so-so in terms of cleanliness, had poor facilities, but the service was acceptable, and the front desk staff were nice.

房間很寬敞，很大 商務出差還是旅遊首選，服務熱情到位，周圍生活也很方便，

酒店很乾凈，屋子很熱，周圍很便利，安靜， 態度也很好，淡季還給升級了房型！！！後期應該去 還會去住！！！！

來這邊考試，真的是訂到了一個很好的賓館，前台姐姐很熱情，還免費幫我升級了一下房間，住宿環境好，很乾凈，淋浴也好，下次再來還定你家！（照片忘拍啦 但佈置和這個差不多）

有幸住到這個酒店很愉快，前台大妞兒非常好。我們到店晚，門前車停滿了，妞子幫忙給找的停車地方，送幾小包咖啡以表謝意，記得我嗎哈哈。酒店的房間的設計感、整潔、温馨舒適度可以四星媲美，超出我們的預期。旅行回來了，這家酒店給我留下美好的印象，好開心，祝酒店興隆、大家好運。

相當不錯的酒店，老闆娘熱情好客，還給升級房間，非常贊，下次出差還得住這裏

前台服務特別好 過節給升級房間 房間好大 很乾凈 景色不錯 附近很方便 離河西早市很近 步行不到十分鐘 到古城二十分鐘吧 總之很方便。推薦
