We were on our 30th Anniversary trip after I had a 2 year battle with leukemia. I widened my search for place to stay in Boston and this hidden gem popped up. I was so excited to find it and that they had availability for the 4 nights we wanted to stay there. Pictures looked too good to be true . The place was as described - in words and pictures. Just beautiful. Perfect location too. Everything was perfect including our hostess. We were able to easily get the ferry to Boston, drive to Newport, RI and Kennebunkport, ME during our stay. I would highly recommend this B&B. I have been telling everyone in my family and close friends about it. We are planning to go back ourselves next year if possible! We stayed in the large suite at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor. Be sure to check out the town of Hingham (where we got the ferry to Boston). Lovely historic town. Don’t hesitate to book a room or all of the rooms for family retreat, girlfriend trip, etc.

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and serviced every day. Rooms very large, more like a suite.
With the advantage of down stairs communal kitchen, dinning room and small sitting room.
A bbq and decking which would be brilliant in summer months.
Would definitely recommend this property to any one.

The Atlantic suite was superb and had plenty of room! Everything was so clean and they thought of everything you would need. The view from the balcony in the morning was great. One of the owners greeted us every evening to checkin on our stay and make sure everything was good. Can't go wrong here!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Our room was huge, decor was beautiful, and it has a small balcony with great views. Staff were amazing and considerate, they even put a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates in our room after finding out that we were on our honeymoon. Property is small, quiet, and homey. It felt more like renting a private apartment than a hotel.
Amenities were plentiful, the breakfast muffins were delicious! Plenty of hot water, although it got dangerously hot very quickly. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets, including extras in the massive walk-in closet. And everything was very clean and well maintained.

Lovely B&B. Door was locked when we arrived and had to converse with someone through the doorbell who eventually let us in. Stood for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to attend to us and eventually the housekeeper came downstairs to give us our keys. She was not the one we spoke to through the doorbell. Room was lovely, comfy bed and had everything we needed. Breakfast was laid out in the kitchen in the morning but there were no staff around so apart from the housekeeper when we arrived, the place seems to be unstaffed. Lovely continental breakfast where you help yourself to the items laid out and things in the fridge. My only fault would be it was very carb heavy. Some fruit would be a lovely addition. Very pleasant stay though.

We wish we could give this place 10 stars. The rooms are beautiful and beds so comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by a basket of snacks and waters in our room. The views of the bay are fantastic! And …. Can I say spotless !! Immaculate place. We will return. Beautiful decor.

I stayed in the room near the kitchen June 9-10…one Giant complaint - whatever strong detergent used on blanket was overpowering with the smell and I am covered with large blotches over my whole body since waking up on Saturday. Awful! Today all the spots are still there. Very disappointed. Irina Malichek
