酒店整體性價比比較高，是住過得滿意的酒店之一，贈送的瓶裝水是含硒的潤田翠，如果客人有需求，還可以友情加送，前台服務態度非常好，餐飲部的服務員也很熱情，早點品種豐富，酒店中晚餐都有餐飲服務，非常方便。客房裝飾比較新，房間還帶有音響，音質也非常好，衞生間比較大，乾濕分離。雖然住得非常滿意，還是希望酒店能夠為客人提供更好的服務，提兩個小建議：一是在攜程上顯示房間是45平方米，實際上衹有30多一點點，個人覺得沒有必要誇大，二是電梯的小提示最後一項圖示和所有表達的意思正好相反，雖然是一項大家不太會注意的小細節，因為對酒店非常滿意，所以還是希望酒店展現給客人的是盡善盡美。

酒店很用心，大堂有温馨的茶台，有清新口氣的糖果，還有湖口玩轉介紹，愜意的休息區。房間也是相當不錯的，乾淨舒適，滿足我對品質的追求。前台美女個個熱情洋溢，有求必應。非常好的一次感受，這幾年到處出差，在一個小小縣城，有這樣的酒店是我們出差人的福音。已經推薦給了小夥伴。天氣漸熱，房間冷氣建議可以開起來。

酒店位於湖口縣文體中心旁邊。環境優美，健身方便，出門就是風景，無論是出差還是旅遊都是很好的選擇，出行便捷，高鐵站，高速路口都在附近不到5分鐘車程距離。酒店2022年開業的，所有的設施設備都很現代化，據説都是大都市酒店的供應商專門為酒店定製的，在湖口是首屈一指的存在。前台服務也很棒，處理問題快捷麻利，在入住過程中遇到點小麻煩，打電話到前台，立馬解決，專業迅速，值得表揚，一切已客人利益優先，把客人放在首位，讓我感受到了家一樣的温暖，有種賓至如歸的輕鬆感，很放鬆。很不錯的一家酒店，下次入住首選這裏。

酒店環境優雅，房間乾淨整潔，暖氣十足，還有非常優美的音樂。
裝飾高大上，每個樓層的擺件很有特色，前台熱情親切，特別是梅梅，發現我捂着肚子，還十分貼心的送了我紅糖喝暖寶寶貼，讓我很很是感動。這樣的服務必須給5星好評。不足的是大廳很冷，但是不影響我對這個酒店的好感。下次來湖口一定還會選擇這個酒店的，推薦入住。

酒店設備設施達到一線城市五星標準，現場工作人員講解大堂背景畫和雕塑及吊燈，整體氛圍端莊大氣上檔次，在湖口縣首屈一指👍👍👍，客房配套全部自能化控制，衞浴潔具全部是國際品牌，床上用品細節考慮非常到位，羽絨枕和蕎麥枕等等非常好。餐飲商務宴請高大上檔次菜品符合當地人口味，早餐品種琳琅滿目應用盡有，口味清淡特色位盅酒店一絕👍👍👍

酒店的服務非常棒，一進門就感受到賓至如歸的温馨。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，非常舒適，尤其是大堂的這幾個擺件，小孩很喜歡，聽大堂經理介紹還是有故事的，整個設計的理念是兩個小矮人在雨中遙望廬山的場景，很哇噻，強烈推薦！
