房間寬敞，但設施較簡陋：衞生間無換氣扇，面盆安放在廁所門外（因廁所太窄），洗臉水直接排在廁所地面。如果是冬天客人穿着棉拖鞋進出廁所就麻煩了。（當然，可能是我們這個房間如此）。建議將排水管延長後排到蹲坑裡。但該公寓價格很便宜，就此來説也不應苛求住宿條件。該公寓還提供免費停車，這對自駕者來説亦是加分項，此外，老闆待人很熱情，主動幫客人拎行李，見面亦是笑臉招呼，讓人感到還是蠻親切的。

酒店有個大型停車場，免費停車很方便，價格也不貴，性價比很高，自己一個人入住，酒店房間打掃的很乾凈，房間寬敞窗户很大，吃飯方便。服務很好，下次來惠州還會選擇入住。大家可以試試。

在惠州出差，我選擇了位於惠城區江北街道的洪興精品公寓作為我的住宿地點，這次的住宿體驗非常愉快，房間乾淨整潔衞生，酒店的交通非常便利，前台熱情周到，隔音也很好，空調很給力，床墊特別舒適，性價比很高哦，離西湖景區很近。晚上的西湖美景特別美。感謝平台推薦。下次出差還會選擇住這裏。
