The hotel environment is very warm and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good and the transportation is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. The price/performance ratio is high and the overall stay experience is very good.

I have no expectations for this hotel, because you guys disgust me! First of all, the room is relatively old, and there is no charging port even on the bedside. You can figure this out for yourself. This is okay, as long as I don’t play with my phone in bed. However, the service attitude is very, very, very poor. I don't even know where they found these talents. I was going to sleep at night. There was no switch for the ceiling light beside the bed. I went to the door to turn off the light. None of this mattered. Don't worry about this because the hotel is old. This is my first time staying at this hotel. It’s a very good hotel. We are elderly people. My husband wanted to go out for breakfast in the morning, so he asked the front desk if there was any introduction? The waiter enthusiastically introduced the buffet breakfast. Since he didn't buy a ticket for the buffet breakfast, the store manager was very nice. After understanding the situation, he gave him a simple breakfast. Thank you very much. I also gave a small gift, which was very nice. The waiter at the front desk would greet me warmly every time I went out and came back. The transportation is convenient and close to the main station. Highly recommended!
