If the first thing you’re wondering is whether it really looks like it does in the photo, I can confirm it does! The building looks great and the location - next to West Lake - is perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are young and friendly, with any necessary communication taking place through Wechat. The only negative points were the lack of options for the breakfast and temperamental wifi, but these were minor compared to everything else. Happy to make this my regular stop when I go to Huizhou.

The environment is average, the stairs are very narrow, the steps are very narrow, just build your own house. Service? Anyway, I don't feel there is any service. 地理位置很好，就在祝家巷裡，房間名字都是和惠州有關的詩句典故，設計的很用心。走幾步就是惠州西湖，景色很漂亮，旁邊很多餐飲點，都非常方便。工作人員很熱情，幫忙指引停車，拿行李上房間。中間wifi有點問題，都第一時間安排來修好了。

五號剛到惠州就碰到回南天，也算是見識了回南天的威力，然而民宿前台小姐姐貼心的提前打開空調除濕實在是暖心😄😄民宿位於西湖邊，可隨時觀景。也去了傳説中的黎記大排檔和阿妹小海鮮，人均一百可以吃的很滿足。民宿住在202房間，房間超大一應俱全，也沒啥好誇的就是下次去惠州還住花影就對了！另外前台小姐姐真的很親切又專業，有求必應的態度和酒店相得益彰！！

感覺非常不錯，帶長者跟孩子過來玩，訂的親子房。女兒很喜歡很高興。房間錄了視頻忘記拍照，忽略窗外景色，反正也不開窗。民宿就坐落在祝屋巷裡麪，去西湖去水東街都很方便，走出去就有的吃。民宿是自建房改造的，樓層都不高，聽説老闆在這條街上有 9 家民宿，不錯。前台服務也很好，點贊。

前台小哥哥小姐姐非常熱情，整個入住過程愉快且放心，民宿各類設施齊全，下樓走出來外面全是好吃的，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦!!！

英秀是我覺得在裝修風格、舒適度、服務方面，都很滿意的民宿，而且看他們家房間的照片，也都很舒適，出門就是西湖，祝屋巷，樓下就有便利店非常的優秀，停車也是很方便，家人的評分很高。推薦來西湖的朋友們試試。

滿意入住，服務到位，度假好去處，吃喝玩樂都很方便，樓下吃飯宵夜街，邊上西湖遊，超五星的親民旅遊度假區，房間衞生乾淨無異味，鬧中取靜！

入住的時店家幫忙把房間升級帶露台，房間環境看着挺好，衞生間挺大。

環境：很不錯，還有一個大露台也很喜歡，適合晚上喝喝小酒吹吹風，強力推薦👍

這是我第一次住民宿，也是我第一次評價。 優點： 1.位置好，離西湖及吃飯的地方近 2.服務好，比較貼心 3.安靜 4.洗澡的水挺大 缺點： 1.竟然床上有螞蟻，可能民宿都這樣吧，第一次住。 2.沒有電梯，爬四樓 3.停車地方遠，拿着個包走過去好累 4.花灑頭固定不住 5.説是陽台房，我以為在房間裏面，沒想到是公用的 6.白天窗簾沒用，超級光，一天亮就沒法睡。 7.空調很熱

房間很不錯，乾淨衞生，就在惠州西湖邊上，周圍吃的東西很多很近，附近老巷子有感覺，前台態度很好很熱情。
