房間內部還可以，前身應該是7天酒店，衣架都是7天的，酒店位置不錯，步行10分鐘內到東江沙公園和水東街。但外部環境真的太差太差了。所謂的奢華房在5樓估計是後來裝修的，出電梯看到的是培訓機構，門口一堆建築材料，感覺非常不好。完全沒有隔音，門口拖鞋聲踢踏踢踏，樓上拖拉凳子聲音完全沒法兒睡覺，靠馬路吵到腦殼要炸啦，窗台上放着空調外機轟隆轟隆，震的頭疼。窗户雖然有兩層但根本拉不動。三樓是什麼按摩中心，感覺非常不安全很臟。非常不適合親子。

拖鞋一開始是壞的，溝通之後也態度不錯換了一雙，但還是臭的，其他設施佈局也還可以，馬桶還是智能的，全身鏡也不錯

環境：環境建設都很特別，也非常乾淨整潔。 設施：室內裝修設備也很好。 服務：前台姐姐服務特別好，又很熱情款待，歡迎下次再來。🥰

停車方便，窗簾拉上非常黑，睡的很舒服。衞生乾淨，熱水一放就有。

位置挺好的，周邊吃的也很多，房間衞生也可以，最大的缺點是淋雨水流較小，並且很難調節冷熱，總體還不錯。
