環境：近西湖東門，房間和湖隔一條馬路，風景好，就是窗户隔音一般晚上有摩託車聲音。旁邊有一條美食街晚上很熱鬧，走遠幾百米還有東江夜遊和另一條步行街。
設施：樓下就是停車場，車位充足。房間內整體不錯，就是廁所一般地板太滑
服務：前台小姐姐很熱情。

房間在西湖路邊，離東門就幾百米，走路很快就到了。窗外湖景很美但也確實有點吵，對聲音敏感者勿選，房間內有些簡陋，衞生間地面有點點臟。但是店家小姐姐服務很好很貼心，電話聯繫即刻到門口和保安溝通幫忙挪開停車場圍欄，及時送熱水壺，幫忙洗空調濾網，幫忙留房卡，臨走還送了小禮物，整體可以。

設施：感覺不像是2022年才新開的酒店呀，應該是開了有一段時間了，所以裏面還挺老舊的設施都很久，牆面也有一點的黑。
衞生：整體還行，沒有發現特別臟的地方。
環境：我覺得他們家最大的問題就是離西湖的公路特別的近，然後隔音效果特別差，可以一直停到車水流動的聲音。所以注重睡眠質量，還有安靜環境的，可以不太選擇他們家，但整體來説我覺得還是性價比可以的酒店
服務：電梯上會貼着惠州的附近的一些知名的景點，還有好吃的。前台小姐姐的態度也比較好。

酒店位置非常好，路邊過道就是景區。新開業的店，房間環境很好。窗外就看到景點。老闆給換一個湖景房。特別推薦入住，入住感覺非常好。

服務態度非常好的酒店，臨街的聲音會比較吵，酒店沒有做隔音，這是個比較致命的問題，如果老闆想做好，這個問題是優先的優先項。當然我沒有問那個前台小姐姐叫什麼，實名錶揚。解決問題很務實。我想這個酒店的高分評價跟她有很大關係。
