Great for kids! Good location right next to a mall with good food selection. The outdoor playground for hotel guests (free) is lovely for kids. Didn’t experience the pony ride. Will come again if going to Huizhou.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with my family and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The first thing that caught our attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere we looked, from the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. It was such a relief to know that the hotel prioritized hygiene and cleanliness, especially during these times. One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, this hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be recommending this gem to all my friends and family.

The room is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. There are many kinds. You can order soups and noodles, hot dishes and cold dishes and breads. The sheets and quilts are also very comfortable. There are three types of pillows, one is buckwheat, one is down, and one is latex. Experience pillows and toiletries. Overall, the experience is good and the service is good.

Booked a cityciew room but upgraded to a riverview one, astonished. The view is absolutely amazing day and night. Everything seems fair for the price, cannot expect much from it. I did hear some noise coming from below tho, there is a pub downstairs, you need to be aware of that if you are light sleepers. Well, at least earbuds are provided. Did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. In case you miss the time, there are plenty of local options around. For foreigners, I suggest you have a translator with you because I don't think it is an English friendly hotel.

So far so good, requested item sent immediately to your room. Food variety in breakfast session not really a lot but good enough for a business travelers.

An unsatisfactory experience. The room was large and the air conditioning and heating were OK. I couldn't watch the TV at night. I called the service desk but no one answered. I had to go to the lobby to find someone to deal with it. It took half an hour. Due to network problems, I couldn't Can't watch it? ! Also, the weather was very cold on the day we checked in, and there was a serious lack of hot water in the bathroom, which was only just warm. Check-in at the hotel comes with breakfast for two, and it’s okay if you don’t have many options.

The sea view is good on the 19th floor, the room is OK, but the owner has a weak sense of service. There are many buses to Shenzhen near the hotel, but he knew nothing about it, which made me plan for several days and wasted my time. There is a bus station to Shenzhen just 1 km away, with a bus every 30 minutes, but the owner knew nothing about it and had no sense of service.

Amazing staff and hotel. Location is great with good restaurants around. We tried the Japanese, Thai and local cuisine one. The cakes and coffee at the hotel are really good. We love the photo booth created there. The room are as shown on the pictures. The bathroom is excellent. It’s quite despite being so close to the lake and pathways. Totally changed my opinion about hostels stay. The higher floor is the best one just because there are fewer rooms there. I stayed on the first floor and I enjoyed it. The bed is comfy.

The Jiangnan Landscape Courtyard Hotel is very beautiful. The lady said that the 1,000 tons of natural hot springs every day are not enough. We booked a courtyard room with a separate hot spring pool. The old man was very satisfied. The hot springs were the best in recent years. The room was also very comfortable and clean, although the facilities and equipment were a bit old. The service staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. It was just that the hotel's own restaurant was a little worse, with insufficient staff and training, and the product quality was also average. Other aspects were perfect. I hope to come again during the Chinese New Year.
