This time I booked a very affordable special villa. Maybe it's because of winter, there are very few people on the beach and there are very few people in the villa area. It's very quiet, and it's more comfortable to walk with the elderly in the community. The weather is neither hot nor cold. It's just that the street lights are a bit dim. I woke up in the morning and ran around the perimeter of the community. This is a newly developed villa area with fresh air, lush vegetation, and the surrounding environment is relatively primitive. 2. The beach is fine sand, relatively soft and clean. 3 The hotel room is in good condition and very clean. 4 My friend’s car was scratched when it was parked at the corner of the entrance to the villa. The housekeeper said that there is a parking lot more than 100 meters up and a reminder should be posted. It's a pity that the fireworks didn't go off. They weren't allowed to be set off in the community. Then they couldn't light up after they were put on the beach. Maybe it was because of the tide.

We went on cold windy days but it was still very fun. We got to do kayaking, play with fireworks, and enjoy the beach. When it comes to cleanliness i would say it’s a little bit dirty, the counters are bleached with some sort of black spots, the beach is also filled with black sticky substance that constantly sticks to your feet and doesn’t come off (possibly boat oil) however the beds and towels and all the other items are clean. With breakfast comes Afternoon tea and we really enjoyed it! not a lot of options for vegetarians though. so i would suggest the hotel to add more vegetarian options.

But help was slow. Even though there was a big rainstorm, there weren’t any big leaks or run down hotel rainstorm issues. Spa available on 31st floor (but only opens if you book them) Overall good facilities Cons Everything is A bit old and run down Lots of staff are new Buffet area needs to be MUCH MUCH CLEANER workers seems sloppy and uncaring There were no more grilled vegetables available at dinner and none available even when requested at around 8:15. I saw cockroach along counter Needs BETTER MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING Staff should be instructed to out away lounger mats when it rains and to let loungers dry without mats after the rain I told them we couldn’t sit on the wet mats, but we were told the wet mats must stay on the wooden loungers after the rain so it would look good.(what?) Remove the mats so they won’t get wet, if they’re wet move them so the loungers can dry. Lots of new staff who couldn’t answer any questions For example is the water slide open? (No it wasn’t) Is there music ( maybe ) The operator was always busy when I called but to their credit they did called back. A 4 star hotel, with 2 star management/trainers which makes this a 3 star hotel. I think staff did try their best to respond, but upper management needs to pay attention before this becomes a 2 star hotel.

Originally, my parents were traveling with their children during the winter vacation and did not plan to stay in Shuangyue Bay for one night, but my mother kept praising the beauty of the place when she arrived at the Reef Bar, which made my search worthwhile. The name of the hotel is a bit hard to pronounce. We booked a suite and my parents stayed in it quite comfortably. The children were very happy to sleep on the tatami, saying it was their own secret space. The price is a bit expensive, but fortunately the room is really big. I think I can fit in one more room. The only drawback is that the weather is not very good, it is a bit drizzly. I hope that when the weather is good, I can accompany my family to visit the Reef Bar again. Let’s see if the Reef Bar that mom said is as good-looking as this.

There are not many Hotels which allow dogs! This is one, but there are many small restrictions. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or for breakfast. This is understandable on one side, but apart from a small kennel at the entrances there are no possibilities to accommodate the animals. With such a large hotel, you could easily set up a place for dogs outside where they can wait on a leash with some water and food.

The hotel is very close to the sea and downstairs is the beach. The boss is very easy-going. He arrived early to help us adjust the room. There are more fireworks at night. It is super beautiful. It is too early to turn off the lights in the park. It is just cloudy when I go. The light is taken. Look, but it is not hot. The experience is great,

The room is very soundproof. I read this hotel comment before I came. The soundproofing is not good and I can't find a better hotel. I have a mentality of trying it first. I didn't expect it to be unexpectedly good. I stayed in the hourly room for the whole day. Very good 👍 The front desk lady is also very patient. Very good.

Large and spacious room with open plan kitchen, and large shower/lavatory area. Spacious balcony. It is conveniently located right next to the beach within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Peaceful and quiet. Excellent value. I would definitely come back here

This apartment is in the perfect location. Very close to the beach and close to shops & restaurants. - the upkeep of the room isn't great, it has an old smoke smell to it and the kitchen and bathroom need a bit of maintenance. - the bed was my least favourite part, it's as hard as the floor. Zero bounce.

The hotel was nice. We were given a top floor room,it was really spacious, clean and had an amazing view!!Amenities and services just as advertised. The location was really convenient, lots of Chinese/foreign restaurants around. The hotel is right at the beach which is great (umbrellas and chairs were paid tho). The buffet breakfast was well organized, food selection was ok, nothing fancy. The hotel is a bit old and is lacking the feel of luxury but overall we were satisfied.
