酒店衞生環境還不錯，夠大，有廚房和冰箱，可以考慮簡單帶點食物去弄點早歺什麼的，很方便。而且這個時候去性價比挺高，陽台能看到大海。晚上可以看到別人放煙花，樓下10點前有人唱KTⅤ，還好歌聲還不賴，哈哈

套房很大，很寬敞，設施完善，地理位置好，海景也很壯觀。非常適合一家大小居住，動物主題的海景房，很有特點！河馬的茶几，大象的壁畫，狗熊的紙巾盒，各種動物圖案的抱枕和壁畫，看出店家細心的佈置。很滿意的一次出行，下次有機會還會來！店家的服務也很細心周到。前台還免費給小朋友提供了挖沙工具，小水桶！服務和衞生都很周到細心，祝老闆生意興隆。

老闆不錯，幫我們免費升級房型，四大兩小入住都覺得非常寬敞舒適，唯一不太好的是，廁所的下水管道可能有點堵塞，經常地面一攤水。這裏出行去哪都方便，走路幾分鐘就可以到海灘，十分鐘就到達華家班表演地，天后宮，商業街走路去也就大概15分鐘，十分方便

下次來巽寮灣，還會選這家酒店。前台的姐姐很熱情，給我們升了房型不説，她説前台的泳圈和玩沙子的工具可以免費使用。
房間是智能房，孩子很喜歡。入住的時候剛收拾好，還能看見地板剛拖地的痕跡。床上用品很乾凈，沒有發黴等問題，房間也沒有異味。
陽台還有個弔籃，可以看到海景。
總體來説是很不錯了。

房間的設施是有一定年限了，床墊也有點塌陷了；衞生狀況也是堪憂，滿地頭髮、西瓜仔、灰塵，我們入住之後還打掃了一下；廁所有一點回臭；洗澡水時冷時熱，根本調不好；床頭衹有開關，沒有插座，手機都要到其他地方充電。這樣的民宿過了旺季可以重新裝修了！因為小孩喜歡在游泳池游泳，奔着樓下有游泳池才選擇了這間民宿，現在連游泳池也荒廢了，根本沒開放。以後來這裏不會選擇這裏住了！

這酒店的前台服務非常好，前台都是很熱情的接待，房間也很大很整齊，我帶了兩個小孩，我們房間有一張1.8米的大床和一個沙發床，睡覺都很舒服，下次如果我再去惠州旅行，我還是會選擇這家酒店！我女兒説這是我們這幾次出來住的最舒服的一個酒店，周邊配套都很齊全。推薦給大家
