房間設施陳舊，水很小；衞生很差很差，公共場所也很臟，早上的大堂垃圾成堆，無人清理，根本不像酒店；服務也很差，前台電話一直沒人接，在房間也找不到客服，最後自己動手處理衞生；辦理登記的櫃枱與攜程的店家不一樣；請謹慎選擇……

首先是服務。質量和態度非常差，下午2點前應該入住。1:30開始辦理，秩序混亂，流程也不熟悉，導致很多人排隊，14:30才能入住。到房間後，房間並沒有打掃，讓換房間還要自己到前台辦理。新換房間也不乾淨，一開始沒Wife和電視，前後打了3次電話才上來修，電視當晚一直沒弄好，回覆第二天派人來弄，第二天9點打電話給前天，説馬上派人，等了一上午也沒有人來。多年住酒店最差的一次體驗，硬件拋開不説，前台的服務員的嘴臉真讓人醉了，説話愛理不理，態度極差。
