我不知道這家的好評怎麼來的，刷的嗎？去到那裡，衞生很差，沙發都掉皮臟兮兮的，根本不敢坐。茶几上有很多螞蟻在爬。廚房貼着不洗碗清潔乾淨廚房要罰款幾百的告示。廁所貼着，丟紙巾堵塞馬桶要罰款的告示。臨走前，管家發訊息説超過12點沒走要罰款。院子要燒烤也要罰款。體驗感很差，到處都是警告。説是有ktv服務，但實際情況是很難操作，話筒總是失靈，一次也沒唱到。更糟糕的是，孩子在這裏的浴室摔倒了，腦袋割出一條口子，留了好多血，附近還沒有醫院，衹好開了5公里到最近的社康縫了一針。管家看我們孩子頭包着紗布，衹説我們自己這麼不小心。實際是浴室沒有任何掛衣服的地方，並且沒有防滑墊，哪怕就1小塊防滑墊也行啊，但是也沒有。浴室的門檻那裡的瓷磚是尖鋭的。因為浴室沒有掛衣服的地方，大人在幫孩子洗完澡以後，得跑出去拿孩子的衣服，孩子就在等待的十幾秒裏，等不及了就跟出來，直接摔在尖鋭的門檻那裡，我不知道這個酒店的門檻瓷磚為什麼是尖鋭的，這不是害人性命嗎？最讓我寒心的是這個民宿的態度，事情發生了，沒有聽到1句道歉，始終衹是通過攜程第3方溝通的，最後衹肯賠償330元。我們去那裡2晚都花了2700了，就不是差這點錢的人，來這裡是尋開心，快樂度假的，結果因為選了這裏，安全隱患這麼大的酒店，害得孩子頭都摔破了口子，真的恨死了。現在孩子腦袋還發炎了……這個民宿也不聞不問，賠330，還在那裡説不能給差評啊，真的太過分了。他以為賠的是封口費？小孩去醫院都花了多少錢，遭多大的罪啊，多疼啊，真的***的民宿。

確實是無敵海景，房間很大，可以住10多人。適合家庭出遊，陽台直面海景。全程管家對接。鍋碗瓢盆齊全，可以買菜做飯。就是外賣衹能送到小區門口。小區裏有小童遊樂區有游泳池，小區刷卡小門出來就是礁石公園，很方便。

管家的服務非常好，有問必答，有求必應，附近的車子、超市、買菜、玩都會告訴最近最方便的，如果一次性用品用完了會馬上安排人來放，早上阿姨會來搞一次衞生，有冰箱，洗衣機 我們是一大家子10個人住的，離海邊非常近，自己做飯還是方便，有電磁爐和碗筷什麼的，手龍頭有點壞了，不影響使用！三層樓一起用熱水洗澡沒壓力，因為去海邊玩回來都要洗澡洗衣服，這點很重要😅😅😅 要了環島的電動車阿姨的電話，去哪提前就來接了 最頂樓的空調效果不太好，要先開在那裡，可能有一個櫃子擋住了，晚上效果又好起來了🌚🌚 出去玩海上項目記得講價，老闆介紹的去桑洲島的船也不是很貴，但是私下還可以再講一下啦

一切都挺好，房子床品乾淨，有麻將機，燒烤，KTV，適合多人聚會，離海灘非常近，管家服務也好，就是別墅蚊蟲多，管家給了蚊香，但是收效甚微，有小寶寶被咬了好多包，另外建議看清楚酒店政策，此房型可以燒烤，但使用自帶的烤爐，同樣收費300，後面三張圖是退房時隨手拍的，給想來的朋友們參考

房間設施齊全，視野很好，面朝大海，下樓就是沙灘，環境乾淨，交通方便，價格實惠，客服人員服務非常細心到位，周邊買東西，吃飯都很近，停車方便。
