Any items left behind during room inspections are immediately recorded in the room inspection log and contacted by the guest. We apologize that the staff failed to locate the lost item promptly. This reflects a serious oversight in our housekeeping and lost and found procedures. We have immediately taken the following measures: Regarding the moldy items: We have thoroughly inspected all guest room supplies, replaced outdated items, and strengthened cleaning and disinfection standards. The housekeeping department will strictly implement a "one guest, one check" policy. Regarding the lost headphones: We have reviewed the room inspection records for that day and expanded the search area (including under the bed, in drawers, and other easily overlooked areas). We will also retrain the relevant staff on lost and found procedures. Please send us a private message with the brand and appearance of the headphones, and we will follow up with you. Our hotel boasts a superb location, just a 10-minute drive from Turtle Bay, a 5-minute drive from the secluded "Maldives"-like cliffside bar, and a 15-minute drive from the Twin Moon Bay viewing platform. The hotel features amenities such as a glass walkway in the clouds, a popular beach swing, an infinity pool, and a trendy night temple and entertainment street.
