I stayed at this hotel 1.5 years ago, and everything was great. However, my second stay during the May holidays (五一) was a nightmare.
The room was disgustingly dirty: stained bedsheets, cockroaches everywhere, damp air, and an uncleaned air conditioner. We asked to be moved to another room, but the staff claimed no rooms were available—unless we paid 1,800 RMB for an "upgrade" (a room that normally costs 200 RMB). We refused.
Later at night, we were woken up by loud scratching noises inside the ceiling—it sounded like rats or mice. We were so scared that we left immediately and demanded a refund, but the hotel refused.
Never again. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place, especially during peak seasons when they clearly neglect cleanliness and customer service.

Response from Property: 親愛的賓客根據你反饋的問題,我覺得有必要一一回復一下,本來是不想去爭議的,清者自清。查閲了一下您訂單,您是來住過我們的公寓,確實那時後3月份的房價是100多塊錢,還是住的側海景大床,因為季節不同,房間的價格也是一樣的,您這次是趕在大型節假日--五一假期來住,價格上漲不是很正常嗎?更何況您這次預訂的是園林房,跟海景房對比肯定是有區別的,您一下心理有落差,這些也是能理解的。但從您入住到退房走,您衹是入住當天跟我反饋過説被子潮,要求更換,從而也沒接到你任何的反饋,直到最後一天要退房走了,才跟我説房間有蟑螂耗子這些那些各種問題,去平台投訴要全額退款。不可不懷疑您是沒事找事,想住免費房。還有一個問題,您説我們要你付款1800房費,請問您要換房型補差價不是很正常嗎?我們衹是告訴您,要升級海景房,您四天的房費是總共1800元,在您現有的訂單上直接改簽或補差價(有可能是我中文水平不好,沒表達清楚,翻譯成英文讓您誤會了,抱歉阿)或不是因為我沒有同意給您免費升級房型從而沒能滿足您的條件才有接下來以上的種種問題?有問題您當天現場提,不解決不退款是我們的問題,您可直接監管部門投訴我們,不要事後來個秋後算賬,中國不喜歡這套。中華文化博大精深,或許是我們在語言溝通上出現障礙,在此表示深感歉意,我們也在不斷提升品質及服務,沒能讓你入住滿意,深感抱歉,還是期待您下次光臨。
Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客,感謝您對酒店的點評!對於您在酒店入住期間的經歷,我們深表遺憾。您的寶貴意見對我們非常重要,對於您所反饋的問題,我們這邊用的都酒店專用的40斤一桶裝的洗髮沐浴露,然後分裝進去房間的小瓶的。你所看到的瓶身日期是因為瓶子是之前買的,所以日期會那麼久,一瓶洗髮水都得用兩年,怎麼説這是不可能的吧?天天住人的房間。還有,您不認識的品牌不代表就是雜牌,有空可去沃爾瑪看一下,沃爾瑪有售的產品不可能是三無產品吧?我們會將意見告知相關部門以提高服務質量。若您下次至此,希望能再次預訂本酒店,給我們一個機會致歉。期待再次光臨!
