房間有特色孩子特別喜歡這樣的上下鋪！
酒店感覺挺乾淨的。餐廳的味道也不錯！酒店跟水上樂園在一起很方便哦！下次來還選這家酒店要給我們升級哦。

隔音非常，非常，非常差。隔壁幾個熊孩子鬧到半夜才睡，而且隔壁房間起夜上廁所都聽的一清二楚，凌晨3點就被吵醒了。早上我研究了一下，它這房間是共用一扇窗。房間一股黴味，第二天果斷升級換房，可能是旺季，服務員基本看不到。除了離遊樂場近一點其他沒什麼優點。住了一百多家4/5星酒店，第一次體驗感這麼差。

可能是疫情原因，人並不多，從外面看非常氣派，像童話裏的城堡。我們是早上八點多從廈門出發的，到酒店九點多就同意幫我們辦理入住（這點挺貼心的），前台郭先生很熱情的幫我們升級了海景陽台，非常感謝。但是後來在買海洋王國的票的時候不是很愉快，我們一個小朋友身高1.4！？説得購成人票，我覺得有點神坑。前台説入場卡很死。但入場身高都沒看~小小不愉快。窗外風景什麼的很ok，唯獨比較不滿意的是酒店上下鋪，都是石頭堆砌的，下鋪有坎，沒有任何防護措施，個人覺得相當危險。晚上睡覺的時候，小寶翻來翻去，直接撞到了牆，後出於擔心，抱到床上~個人建議，小朋友用的東西最好磨平稜角或者改換木床，不然很容易磕碰出事故。ps，住的是騎士海景房。套票含早餐，早餐很豐富。

設施老舊，房間隔音超級差，孩子很多，鬧的半死，連聊天都能聽得到，親子酒店體驗感最差！早餐的地瓜也有味道

環境是孩子喜歡的風格，價格貴，服務和設施沒有達到這個價格，1000多的房間冰箱也沒有，隔音效果不好，樓上樓下有縫隙，説話聽的一清二楚。晚上12點半，吵着無法睡覺。樓下一直説話，打前台兩次電話處理也沒有處理，後面還是自己來處理。早餐吃的也很差，和房間價格一點也不匹配。
