This hotel has been a life saver to us. It is the second time we stay there and we honestly enjoy going back. The best balance out there as regards price-amenities. Its location is great, not only is it in Hue which we use like a stop over place while travelling between Da Nang and other places in Vietnam, but it is also situated on the river bank. In the morning you can have your breakfast while watching the boats sail out from the banks of the river next to the hotel. Highly recommended. We will be going back.

Although this hotel is old, it is very clean. The breakfast is good too! The river view is good and the price is money worthy!

Although it is said to be 4 stars, it falls far short of Korean standards.
The elevator is full if you put 2 people and 2 suitcases in it.
The room door lock was also loose.
Because it is an old building, it is very inconvenient.
When I was staying there, they told me there was construction going on in the room next door. It wasn't a joke.
Breakfast is also ordinary.
However, the hotel grounds are large, so it is good for children to run around.

Because it is the busiest street in Hue.

The stay experience was not comfortable. I checked in at 14:00 and was given a private room. The bedroom was spacious but the pillowcases had stains, were yellow and had a musty smell. The biggest minus point is the door lock and key card. When I checked in, I couldn't use the card to open the door and when I informed the receptionist, I received a notification that the staff would come and fix it. After that, when I went out and came back, the door still couldn't be opened and I had to run down to ask the receptionist to send someone to open it for me. The third time was in the evening when I went back to the room to get things, the door still couldn't be opened. It was around 11:30 p.m. and the staff had to go up and fix the door.

First of all, maybe because the hotel is old, the noise from the entertainment venues on the tourist street right in front is not soundproofed at all, so it buzzes all night and the cleaning is uncomfortable. Other auxiliary facilities are too old and the room is full of ants............
One day, I told the front desk that I wanted to book a famous dragon boat tour in Hue, and the staff showed me the price list below and said, "It's not including the ticket to the tourist attraction, it's only the boat price." However, the next day, the staff suddenly said that the price of the tour had risen to 700,000 VND, but instead, the tourist attraction ticket and pick-up service were included, so I just booked it for 700,000 VND. I rode it, but it was still overpriced, and the solicitation was too severe.
Eventually, when I looked at the price tag at the dock, it was 550,000 VND per person. So, including the VND 700,000 ticket is a lie to the hotel staff, and VND 150,000 is just a hotel fee! It's right next to the pier. So after the tour, I complained to the hotel staff, and he laughed and said he never said that and only held out his flippers. This is a really bad hotel. Never stay after coming!
