I stayed here for two nights, and found the staff were very eager to be helpful. Everything I asked for was dealt with efficiently, and the room was clean and tidy. The aircon worked hard to keep up all night, and I woke a few times as the temperature climbed, so it was not especially good. And outside the room, no part of the hotel was airconditioned, and was extremely hot. On the second night, I ordered room service, which was listed on the menu as an Australian Rib Eye, and I asked for medium rare. The steak that arrived was extremely rare (in Australian terminology we would have called it blue) and was definitely not a rib eye as it had a piece of gristle in the middle, which is not present in that cut. I think it was probably rump. And from the next day, I felt unwell for several days (though I can't be sure it was from the poor steak). The breakfast was also disappointing. I don't necessarily expect an exceptional western breakfast in an Asian hotel, but the western options were poor in quality, especially the bacon which was extremely tough. They do have a fresh omelette stand, which was a little better if you could find some salt. Overall, this was not a terrible stay, but it was not very impressive.

Had huge expectations from the hotel after reading reviews. The hospitality was fabulous ! The breakfast was excellent as well. Its very convenient as there are many shops and walking street nearby. However , the nightmare begins at night as there is a CLUB very close to the hotel. The music is so loud until 3am and barely could sleep. The noise from the traffic is loud. Choose a room without river view.

The hotel’s location wasn’t bad, but there were clubs nearby that made it very noisy, and finding cockroaches in the room was terrifying. Also, the facilities were very run-down, so aside from the location, I wasn’t satisfied with anything.

The hotel is in a convenient location, about a 20 minutes walk to the old city. Plenty of eateries and shops around. It's also just a 25 minutes drive to the train station (we took the scenic train to Danang). The room was ok and mostly clean, but the bed was very hard and the pillows felt like a sac of potato. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to caters mainly to Chinese tour groups. They are very noisy and unruly. The breakfast area felt like a market, the bread and pastries were stale and un-edible, the bacon was hard and dry. Maybe the Asian fare was good, the continental/western fare was terrible. Would not recommend!

I like this hotel very much. Breakfast buffet offers a lot of varieties and rooms are clean.

Very good location, near the walking street with lots of good food.

The location is nearby the river and some bars, so it is really noisy in the evening. Breakfast is not delicous, the bread isnt good taste. The bathtub without curtain makes the floor wet.

This hotel very bad. Inside room smell no good. Have mosquites, my friend got problem. I book king bed but they use 2 single bad take together. When we go out. Door got problem. Lock by old door. We never come and stay again

The location and the service is good but the room is old. The gym also is small and the equipment is old, the swimming pool also small and looks dirty. We stayed 5 days but the breakfast provide the same for 5 days, easy to get boring. The noise cancelling in the room is bad, i can hear from outside clearly. Everything in the room is suck especially the bathroom. However, highly for the service and staffs there.
