My recent stay at Scarlett Hotel exceeded all expectations. I booked a room for me and my friend after 5 years we meet and visit Hue around. The staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay. Every interaction was met with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Special thanks to a jiejje whom gave me borrow her helmet in 2 days and a gege gave us borrow his iPhone charger at midnight. One more time, we’re really thankful to the concierge team for their invaluable recommendations and assistance 🙏

Nice little boutique hotel with warm service! The room is clean with good sound proofing. The staff were super helpful to arrange breakfast, Motorbike renting and support the transit during your stay in Hue.

The hotel is ok. The service is excellent and that's what makes it stand apart. The location overall is great, but it was difficult to find as it's in a back ally. Parking is on the street and you need to move the car in the middle of the night to avoid a parking ticket. We didn't try the breakfast as we had other plans, but the setup looked quite nice. The large bed is one that is actually 2 beds put together with a topper. This is a major issue. I understand why management would choose this as it provides more options to accommodate various guests, but the execution never works in any hotel. There's always a dip in the middle and the beds move apart in the middle of the night making sleeping a nightmare; we did not sleep well. This is also the first business (hotel, rest. etc.) that i have experienced in Vietnam that did not have a butt spray cleaner in the toilet area. We were disappointed with that. There is also a terrible cigarette smell in the hallways. It's par for the course for hotels in Asia to have this and I recognize the challenge hotels need to deal with; just unfortunate as the first impressions going up to the room were really effected by it. Cleaning the air and washing the carpets do help a little bit, but really the only way to overcome this is to replace the carpets completely and strictly enforce a no-smoking policy by the staff. Overall, the stay was ok. There is a lot of value for the money to be found here and the friendly staff are what really make the property worth a look, as is the convenience to the walking street for dinner and fun on the weekends.

The second floor has a bathroom smell. But the other parts are all good. The bathroom is a shower. Convenient for traveling to the market near the hotel. about 300 meters Breakfast is very good, buffet style, Vietnamese beef soup, red bean soup, omelet, local Vietnamese food. Overall good.

The service is excellent, the room is wonderful and the hotel as a whole is perfect. The location is very central and every request is promptly fulfilled. We received an extremely friendly welcome and were even treated to a wonderful fruit plate that exceeds the standards of many other 5-star hotels. A clear recommendation!

The hotel is located in the central area, next to the walking street, in a relatively small alley, of course there is no way to park a car (send it nearby for about 40,000 VND, overnight, and the hotel will support you with this cost). , I do not take support). The staff is very nice, happy and smiling. Breakfast is reasonable, you can choose additional dishes besides regular food (using the voucher provided by the staff). The room is a bit small, but enough for a family and a baby like me. Returning to Hue will be my choice in the list of notable hotels.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Rooms are clean and the hotel decor coincides nicely with the allure of this historical city. Location is perfect for exploring Huế; walkable to Imperial City and next to hustle and bustle of nightlife without sacrificing hearing it from your room. The only con is I do not recommend eating the hotel breakfast. You will find a quality meal within 5 min in any direction of the hotel for likely less than $1 USD if you're looking for Viet breakfast. Overall, recommend this hotel and would return if I visit Hue again.

Great welcome and friendly staff, clean hotel in a great location. Probably the most comfortable bed on our trip through Vietnam. Only slight downside was the room had a slight damp smell but we put this down to the heavy rain in Hue. Thank you to the fabulous staff who made our experience of Hue even better. Great City Tour 12 seater booked through hotel.
