Moonlight Hotel Hue Reviews

Friendly run hotel. Around the party area so lots of restaurants and bars. Can be quite noisy at night but the weekdays the noise stops around midnight, weekends at 2am. They offer earplugs in the room. Beds are comfortable and awesome hot shower. Everywhere is walkable from this location. Imperial city a 25 minute walk or Grab bike 5 min for 15-25k. Lose to the park along the Perfume river, nice for evening or sunset walks. Mini mart right across the street.

The family room was quite spacious, and the breakfast selection was relatively abundant. The location is great, very close to the Perfume River, and within walking distance to the Imperial City. The surrounding area is lively. It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated. The cleanliness and service were decent. However, rooms facing the Perfume River do get some noise from the bars at night.

Had a great time at this hotel in Hue. The room was clean and spacious. The location is great. No complaints.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. I am certainly not rich, but the staff here here made me feel welcomed, appreciated and important. Nothing was too difficult for the staff, they went above and beyond to help or to give advice, even booking daily travel and limo bus to my next destination. I've never had a door opened or my bags carried before, I felt important. Need laundry done, they took care of that also. Need money exchanged....they took care of that too. Everyone was so friendly and very professional. Restaurant manager, what a great young man. Bar manager another great young man A big shout out to reception and Miss Phuong and Miss Nam. Everything was excellent at the hotel. The view from the top roof is amazing. A special thanks to Mrs. Phuong for her availability, support, and kindness during my short stay. The location is very good. The only minor issue was the very loud music from nearby pubs until midnight. However, this did not affect my overall experience, as I always travel with noise-blocking accessories, and the hotel also provides them.

INCREDIBLE service! I was injured, and the staff proactively took my injury into account, moving us to a different room and regularly checking in on me. Their attentiveness was truly remarkable and much appreciated! Beyond that, the hotel is perfectly located, and the breakfast offers a great variety and is very tasty! The rooms are clean, well-arranged, and provide a magnificent view of the city! The gym is also quite well-equipped! And the rooftop offers an amazing view! Thank you for a perfect 4-night stay at the Moonlight; I highly recommend it if you're visiting Hue.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, hotel was clean but facilities

Good hotel in the old quarter. It’s kinda old, but still comfortable and clean. Great city view, and one the tallest buildings in the city. Breakfast has a lot of dishes with good cityview on the 13th floor. Receptionists speaks English very well (Ms Nhung & Ms Phucng). The hotel is located onear the walking street, wich becomes crowdy and noisy, but this affects any hotel in this area. Anyway, we could sleep well, sound isolation is pretty well. We enjoyed the stay!

Service: friendly and helpful staff, 24-hour front desk for assistance anytime Facilities: Moonshine Spa, offering a variety of treatments and packages for relaxation. An indoor and possibly outdoor swimming pool. Fitness center for workouts. A kids' club, which is great for families.

Very nice hotel, good location, good service. People are friendly. Will be back.
