I would like to share my positive experience organizing my trip with Anna from Soleil Hotel in Hue. Hotel was great from all Perspektive location/price/breakfast. I have special wishes and complex travel plan, in 1.5 days I want see a lot and can not get good support unless I find this team. Anna organized pickup, managed all my journey including laundry, early hosting and take care of me during traveling. In additional she organized Scooter. This is just excellent. Highly recommend! Thanks a lot Anna and Hotel Team, great job and customer support!

Rooms nice and clean, staff friendly and quick advise and help in everything you need. The homestay is run by a family, so you might get a personal impression of everyday life. Breakfast 7:00-9:00. I can warmly recommend Sala!

We stayed here only for a night. A lady was very friendly and supportive. Even though we didn’t have much to ask for help, she asked us if we need help every time we see her. We asked for a bath towel since there was only one in the room for 2 persons. They seem to offer tour services so they can arrange for you. We chose here since this was one of the cheapest offers in Expedia. I think it was good deal for service. She asked me again and again to write in TripAdvisor so this is what I can do for her.
