房間打擾得很乾凈，不過靠近街道的房間還是有一些吵。老闆人特別好，找他換房、借東西都好有耐心。賓館離景區入口比較近，有停車場，樓下好幾家早餐店，步行去景區中心不到10分鐘。

酒店是夫妻店，位置不錯，房間雖小各種物品齊全，空調很好，景區內道路寬度有限，地方有限，酒店民宿一般沒有自己的停車場，景區內外都有公共停車場，收費，但是住在他家，有協作停車場住客免費也是不錯，老闆夫妻熱情周到，下雨出去時老闆娘追着送雨傘，酒店旁邊豬腳粉餐廳，聽説我牙疼，關心，幫助我騎電動車帶我過橋去四川洪安鎮葯店買葯，葯價便宜，這盒葯很管用吃了不久牙不疼了，這盒葯要是在大城市黑心葯廠老闆與定價權力強大的雜碎串通，估計要賣幾十元一盒，謝謝餐廳老闆娘，真的很實在很好，景區雖然比不上鳳凰古城大，但是一腳踏三省，雞叫清水江對面的丈母孃都聽得見，下次還要來茶峒古鎮還要入住豪泰酒店，對了，這裏的綠豆沙和馬蹄爽很好喝，降火解毒。感謝湘西。

酒店位置好，在客運站與茶硐古鎮之間，往哪邊去都是300米左右。酒店衞生很好，熱水很沖。老闆兩口子服務很好。周邊餐飲店很多，不在景區裏住，避開吵鬧的環境。

在這家酒店住了一晚後很滿意，又加多了一晚。房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全。老闆，老闆娘夫婦熱情周到，不光幫忙搬運行李，詳細講述如何坐車去秀山，還免費開車送到客運站。
