老酒店了設施肯定好不了，因為方便選擇了住這，這次住的房間真是讓我一言難盡，老酒店有些破舊可以理解，老電視衹有幾個台還不能在床上操作也可以理解，洗臉池第一晚開始用就堵了讓服務員弄了，第二晚第三晚繼續堵但能慢慢流我也就忍了，第一天住了衞生都沒人打掃，我理解為春節忙服務員少，最讓我不能接受的是空調，響聲大不説還衹能讓房間升温到13度，我讓前台給換一間，前台説沒有房，第二天再説，讓客房部給我多拿了床被子。第二天前台説讓人去看了是因為我窗房沒關完的原因，空調沒問題，我説雖然窗房沒關完，但如何空調正常，那麼厚的窗簾關上的是不影響温度的，前台不聽，非説空調沒問題不給我換，後面兩天我白天晚上都關上窗户沒打開過，房間温度也最高升到了18度，我一會兒蓋兩床熱一會兒蓋一床又冷，就這樣每晚來回的交替被子，住第一晚就讓我感冒了，第二天開始喉嚨痛，今天離店病情已經很嚴重了。

這家酒店有點老，設施齊全但顯陳舊，卧具乾淨衞生，WiFi信號很強，停車場前後夠用。早餐太一般般了。周圍環境像是在市老區，不能説太好，吃東西買東西還方便。價格不貴，不能要求太高。

入住宏雲大酒店有一種像回到了家的感覺，來時保安很規範地指揮我車停放！並提醒貴重物品攜帶上，關好車窗，前台小妹也很熱情，並且很熟練的辦理了入住，客房大姐服務太度也很好，房間裏面也很乾凈，整潔，環境確實不錯！關鍵是價格也很實惠，下次一定再來！！
