Considering the price, service, facilities, and location, the value for money is decent. Compared to other Crowne Plaza hotels, I have three points for the hotel and other guests to consider: 1. **Foie Gras Limit:** The foie gras at the buffet is limited to one serving per person. I checked the restaurant's promotions and online menu afterwards and couldn't find this policy anywhere, despite the advertising heavily featuring foie gras. This is misleading to consumers. 😓 2. **Restaurant Manager's Service Needs Improvement:** We bought two buffet meals, each of which should include one serving of foie gras. However, the manager initially only gave us one, insisting that children shouldn't eat it (due to the alcohol, though it's possible to serve it without the wine-based sauce). At the time, I didn't realize that each meal package came with one foie gras serving. 😓 So, I asked if we could get another one, and when they finally gave it, it felt like we were being given charity. Only when I went to collect the foie gras did I discover that each meal package indeed included one. This feels like consumer deception, and for an established five-star hotel, such incidents are really unacceptable. I hope this is addressed. 3. **Buffet Seafood Freshness and Variety:** The seafood at the buffet could be fresher. Almost all the hot dishes were spicy. There were no ceramic spoons at the congee station. 😓 The variety could also be richer; I suggest not mixing breakfast and dinner buffet items (many breakfast items were also present in the dinner buffet). 😅

Crowne Plaza Huangshan Yucheng: Sleep by the River, Embrace Poetic Huizhou! For this trip to Huangshan, I didn't hesitate to choose Crowne Plaza Huangshan Yucheng again! From the moment I landed in Huangshan, I was continuously captivated by the refreshing air, which truly calms the soul. The hotel's public areas are even more stunning, cleverly incorporating creative displays of Huizhou fish lanterns and canola flowers. The intangible cultural heritage fish lanterns glow brilliantly, paired with golden canola flower installations, perfectly capturing the romance and ancient charm of a spring day in Huizhou. Every photo taken is Instagram-worthy, and the lounge even has exquisite handmade fondant creations – absolutely masterful! The stay experience was perfect! The bedding in the room was soft and skin-friendly, feeling like sinking into clouds. But what truly deserves praise is the blackout curtains – they're excellent! Once drawn, the entire room instantly transforms into a silent night, allowing even a light sleeper like me to enjoy a deep sleep until morning. Even better was the river view outside the window, with an unobstructed and expansive vista. Opening the window in the morning, the clear waters of the Xin'an River and the distant lush mountains were all within sight. The river breeze caressed my face, and everywhere I looked was a poetic scroll of ink-wash Huizhou. The breakfast selection was abundant, offering everything from authentic Huizhou snacks and freshly made noodles to hot Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, and aromatic coffee. The flavors were spot on and perfectly satisfied various palates, ensuring a vibrant start to the day. The service was even more attentive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From the warm guidance during check-in to the prompt response of the room service, every detail made me feel truly welcome and at home. During my trip, I also unexpectedly stumbled upon the Sunset Cube Cafe at Taiping Lake, which was an absolute beautiful surprise! This geometric building by the lake has an incredibly stylish design, and the terrace is the prime spot for watching the sunset. As the sun slowly dips into Taiping Lake, the sky is painted in soft rose gold and orange-red hues, and the lake surface shimmers, as if sprinkled with diamonds. Accompanied by the aroma of coffee, watching the sunset merge with the lake and mountains was both romantic and therapeutic, enchanting to the point of intoxication. It's definitely a hidden gem in Huangshan that shouldn't be missed. I truly marvel at how full of surprises Huangshan is. Whether it's the hotel's craftsmanship and thoughtfulness or the spectacular sunset at Taiping Lake, this trip was unforgettably perfect! I highly recommend friends coming to Huangshan to choose Crowne Plaza Yucheng and definitely visit the Sunset Cube to witness a breathtaking sunset.

Amazing views and incredibly friendly, attentive service. We'll definitely be back! For lunch at Yuxuan on the first floor, we didn't like one dish, and the staff immediately took it back. We actually felt a bit embarrassed about it, but it really speaks volumes about their service attitude, which deserves high praise. It's not just about one dish; it's about the excellent service overall!

This hotel is perfect! It's close to the highway and has beautiful riverside views. As soon as you step into the lobby, you get that vacation feeling. The room is spacious and well-equipped, and the pool and gym are top-notch. The service is also very warm and proactive.

A special thanks to the hotel for proactively offering free breakfast for our child, who just barely exceeded 1.4 meters in height. This truly highlights their human-centric service philosophy. Service: Overall professional and respectful of personal space. Facilities: A bit dated but well-maintained; the bed was on the softer side, and the bathroom was exceptionally large. Cleanliness: Both the room and public areas were very clean. Environment: South-facing rooms (towards Huizhou Avenue) had a noticeable amount of street noise, which might bother light sleepers. Complaints: Most underground parking spots are on the smaller side, and parking management/guidance wasn't timely enough (on the evening of May 2nd, both ground and underground lots were almost full). This led to severe haphazard parking (the worst example is shown in the picture), likely wasting at least 10+ parking spaces. I suggest that during peak holiday periods with high guest traffic, the hotel designate or arrange a considerable number of temporary 'large parking spots' to alleviate parking anxiety for guests with larger vehicles, often referred to as 'refrigerator-TV-sofa' cars.

A special thanks to the two front desk staff, Li Yunwen (Snowy) and Zhu Yeqing, who were incredibly responsible, resourceful, and efficient in helping me find the person who damaged my car. They even offered a gift, which was a lovely gesture. Crowne Plaza is truly professional and reliable. My preferred hotel brand!

This hotel is amazing! They didn't even raise prices during the May Day holiday. The front desk manager was fantastic! They helped us upgrade our room. And Manager Du at breakfast provided such thoughtful service! Knowing we were taking the high-speed train, she even packed snacks for our journey! Manager Du even remembered my name and greeted me the next morning at breakfast! That was the most touching part of our trip! Next time I come to Huangshan, I'm definitely staying here again!

The customer service was excellent and very welcoming. They even upgraded our room for free, which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Huangshan, especially with kids – mine had a blast! We'll definitely be staying here again next time, though I regret not exploring the hotel more this visit.

The service was exceptional, as expected from a branded hotel. The lobby manager, a woman whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, was incredibly warm and helpful, answering all our questions. During breakfast, a waitress named Zhang Yixian provided outstanding service. I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza again next time I'm in Tunxi.
