Excellent service, great location, and fantastic facilities with comfortable bedding. It's super convenient for getting to the Huangshan South Gate transfer point, and the nearby restaurants offer authentic local cuisine!

I always trust Atour when I travel, I really like their hotels. Overall, everything was good, but there was a minor issue where one of the toothpastes was already open. The hotel staff resolved it quickly though. It's still a bit unsettling when something like that happens at a chain I trust so much.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the South Gate bus transfer point. The room facilities are complete, clean, tidy, and smart. Especially, the free luggage storage service completely solved our concerns about staying overnight on the mountain!

The place was very clean and comfortable, I slept soundly all night! The hotel has excellent facilities, and you can even borrow hiking poles for free. It's just a few minutes' walk to the South Gate transfer station, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a supermarket downstairs that has everything you need for hiking, from head to toe. So, if you're up for a spontaneous trip, you're all set! Huangshan is definitely worth it!

The room wasn't particularly spacious this time, but it was perfectly adequate for three people. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were warm and attentive. They contacted us before check-in to ask if we needed a pickup, and since we had to leave at 5:30 AM the next day and would miss breakfast, they packed it for us in advance and left it at the front desk right on time for us to grab and go. We even received a souvenir upon check-out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel front desk offers complimentary hiking poles for guests to use, and they even gave my child some local snacks. They also stored our luggage for two days until we came down from the mountain. All in all, choosing Atour was definitely the right decision.
