對於這個酒店的服務非常無語，1.31號入住，交了一百按金，今天2.2號還沒退回來！當時交按金的時候收銀員説沒到賬，但我已經微信付款成功，我把付款憑證出示給她看，她居然點開我的微信零錢和賬單！
大家都知道這屬於顧客私隱！當時心裏非常不舒服。
本來不想評價，但今天我發現按金還沒退還！瞬間又讓我心裏極度不舒服！！

房間很大，很乾凈，有空調和車位，床單被子都是新的。性價比超高，每個星期黃岡出差都住這家酒店。停車方便，邊上還有廣場湖畔。
