I chose this hotel when I traveled on November. In order to go to the Badaling Great Wall nearby, the hotel is said to have just opened for a week.
Facilities: The facilities are new, the kettle is still a bear
Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy
Environment: The hotel is in a small alley, not facing the street, very quiet at night, open the window, you can see the stretching green mountains from a distance, the scenery is picturesque
Service: The front desk lady sent two breakfasts, saying that it was an opening ceremony, very nice

For a quick last minute stay the hotel is more than acceptable. I feel it is geared towards business travelers. The location is close to anything you may need from shopping, to food, or medicine. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and professional. I was probably their first guest they had that arrived with a travel paper in place of passport. The checkin and checkout was excellent. Parking was free and right upfront. The pay to charge my device was unexpected.

CCaomeiYuu入住觀瀾小洱海養心酒店的這幾天，像是把生活按下了慢放鍵，每一刻都浸潤在自然與愜意裏。
酒店選址太妙了，推窗就是官廳水庫小洱海的粼粼波光，清晨被鳥鳴喚醒時，拉開窗簾能看到朝陽把湖面染成金紅色，傍晚坐在露台的沙發上，品一杯香茗，坐看晚霞漫過遠處的蘆葦盪，連風裡都帶着鬆弛的味道。
房間設計得很懂“養心”二字，橙色皮質沙發床，配上藍色珠光沙發，雅綠色窗簾配上藍墨色背景牆，時尚感十足。沒有多餘的裝飾，卻讓人覺得格外踏實。床品是那種親膚的純棉質感，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏，夜裡安靜得衹能聽到窗外偶爾的蟲鳴，好久沒睡過這麼沉的覺了。
最驚喜的是他們的早餐，不是那種流水線式的自助，而是每天現做的本地小食。阿姨蒸的南瓜發糕帶着淡淡的甜香，現磨的豆漿配着剛出爐的葱油餅，還有湖裡新鮮打撈的蝦米煮的粥，簡單卻吃得胃裡暖暖的，像在朋友家做客一樣親切。
酒店裡的小細節也很戳人，大堂角落放着書架和懶人沙發，隨手能拿起一本散文讀一下午；傍晚還會組織客人去湖邊散步，遇到晚霞特別美的時候，管家會悄悄遞上一杯温熱的薑茶，怕湖邊風涼着。
離小洱海的網紅打卡點也近，步行十分鐘就能到彩虹步道，想去拍照片的話，管家還會貼心告知哪個時間段光線最好。玩累了回來，泡個熱水澡，再去露台坐一會兒，看星星慢慢亮起來，感覺所有的煩心事都被這湖光山色悄悄撫平了。
如果想找個地方好好放空自己，這裏真的再合適不過了——沒有喧囂，沒有催促，衹有慢慢流淌的時光和温柔的風景，像個藏在湖邊的祕密花園，讓人來了就不想走。
尤其要提李鳳蓮阿姨，每天總能看到她忙碌的身影，無論何時，總是關切的問我們的吃住情況，耐心講解周邊玩法，像家裡長輩一樣親切，慈祥，那份樸實的熱絡讓人心裏發暖。
還有前台的美女管家，無論有任何需要她都第一時間趕到，還有負責打掃衞生的大姐，每次見到都笑意盈盈，任何需求都第一時間響應。
所有服務人員接觸間都是細水長流的周到。
正是這些具體的温暖，讓這趟慢旅行不止有湖光山色的治癒，更多了份被用心對待的踏實——就像住進了一位熟人家的院子，連離別時都忍不住回頭説句“下次還來～”

I recently visited Huailai and chose this hotel. The experience was truly wonderful! Upon entering, the front desk staff was welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they provided helpful information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. My impression of the hotel was instantly positive! The room was spacious and bright, with a warm and comfortable decor. The bedding was soft and clean, instantly washing away any travel fatigue. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were high-quality. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, making it a great start to the day. The hotel is also incredibly conveniently located, not far from nearby attractions, and is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and taxis. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money was exceptional. I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends!

The front desk has the style of a state-owned hotel service. The room hygiene needs to be improved, especially the bathroom. The room facilities are complete. It would be better to open the hotel's underground parking lot earlier. Since there is an underground parking lot, why can't it be used?

The receptionist was very friendly and patient. The hotel is quite large with ample parking. There are rooms both inside and outside the grounds. They gave us complimentary vouchers for the bath and sauna, which was a great deal. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of dishes; the older guests really enjoyed it. 👍
