GGuest UserWe stayed here with our baby. The room was clean, well-maintained, and even had a toilet seat cover, which made us feel safe. We stayed in a sunny room, which was warm, but it was very comfortable with the air conditioning on in the middle of winter.
The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was enough. They even provided special tableware for the baby, which was very thoughtful. They also gave us a toy for our baby when we left. I'll definitely book here again next time, and I'll book a larger room.

The housekeeper Xiao Xu would walk back to the room with us after dinner, and would watch us leave in the car when we were leaving. If you have any needs, just mention them in the WeChat group and they will be responded to and solved immediately. The daily arts and cultural activities are also very attentive. Intangible cultural heritage inheritors are invited to teach. We order one meal and one activity, and the remaining meal is ordered in the restaurant. The ingredients are good and the taste is good. The breakfast is indeed a bit simple, but the quality of the ingredients is good, especially the fried dough sticks, which was praised by everyone.
The hotel is in a winery and is very quiet. However, because the area is relatively large, the management of landscaping is not easy, so some details can be improved. In addition, the items in the room can be enriched, such as preparing some tea sets, simple dinner plates, knives and forks. This will make it more convenient for vacationing guests. Because there are no commercial facilities around, it would be more convenient if there were simple food vending cabinets in the hotel.

It is very pleasant to sit in the yard with a few friends, drink beer and eat something!
The homestay is in a traditional courtyard style, with blue bricks and gray tiles. There is a small swimming pool in the yard for children to play, as well as a rest area. It is very photogenic and has a great feel! The room facilities are modern, clean and tidy, with dry and wet areas separated, making it convenient for bathing. Charging cable, instant hot water kettle, clean and convenient, as well as mineral water and drinks, the kids love it and are very happy. GGuest UserNice Hot Spring Hotel is a really great place located in Huailai. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its luxury and comfort. The lobby is very beautifully decorated and full of artistic flavor. The hotel's hot springs are both indoors and outdoors, and there are many different pools to choose from, with different temperatures. The main reason is that there are few people and it basically feels like a private bath.
The service at the hotel is also great. The staff are very friendly and professional and always catered to my needs.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Nice Hotel & Spa. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury and comfort.

GGuest UserI recently visited Huailai and chose this hotel. The experience was truly wonderful! Upon entering, the front desk staff was welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they provided helpful information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. My impression of the hotel was instantly positive! The room was spacious and bright, with a warm and comfortable decor. The bedding was soft and clean, instantly washing away any travel fatigue. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were high-quality. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, making it a great start to the day. The hotel is also incredibly conveniently located, not far from nearby attractions, and is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and taxis.
The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money was exceptional. I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel when I came to Huailai, and this time it felt like it was going downhill. The hotel is so large and has been open for a long time; the equipment should be gradually replaced and updated. The air conditioner is old, noisy, and can't be adjusted manually. The quality and variety of breakfast have declined rapidly. The service was rather curt. It's summer, and everyone needs plenty of water, but the hotel only provides regular bottled water. I called around 8 PM to request delivery, they promised, but no one delivered it. More than an hour later, I went to the front desk to ask why. They told me they only provide two bottles a day, and any more would cost 5 yuan per bottle. I asked, ”What kind of bottled water is that expensive?” Does the hotel not make its profit from bottled water? They later agreed to deliver one bottle, but it still hadn't arrived by 10 PM. I called the front desk again, and they said it had been delivered. I said, ”If it's delivered, why would I need to call?” The front desk then told me to contact the delivery department. Does the hotel really need its own staff to handle internal issues? This is the first time I've ever been so annoyed! Of course, I understand that hotels have their rules, but they can't be unrealistic. In summer, when people drink more water, there should be adjustments or measures in place (I don't know if the hotel has such a rule; if so, it might be for cost management convenience). However, if this affects customer needs or leaves customers with no choice, I believe the hotel isn't trying to sell bottled water, and customers aren't asking for more. What problem does this reflect in the hotel? I hope the management understands this. Also: please pay attention to the issue of smoking control in indoor public areas.
