房間寬敞明亮、乾淨衞生。窗外就是舞水，江景很好看，尤其夜景。房間裏設備齊全，有USB電源插口，還有洗衣液，連香爐都有。早餐品種也很多，適合不同口味。酒店離懷化機場和芷江站都很近，10分鐘的車程，還可以安排接機接站。從酒店到古老的龍津風雨橋，或是商業區和夜市，都是步行的距離。如果有時間，還可以參觀隔江斜對面的的天后宮。酒店餐廳的菜品好吃實惠。酒店和餐廳的服務都超出預期。每次到芷江都會住這家酒店。

設施：設施齊全，備品用着也都不錯，房間很大，商務出差也很合適。地理位置也很優越，房間是觀景房，景色特別好。
這幾天遊玩下來，鳳凰，茶峒，芷江，住的最滿意的就是這裏。
衞生：整體很乾凈，拖鞋很舒服，牙刷也是軟毛的。毛巾也很乾凈。
環境：出門沒多遠就是風雨橋，這個位置超級棒，環境更不用説了，特別好。
服務：服務人員很熱情，還有接送機服務，我從懷化南坐上高鐵才聯繫的，本來衹是試一下能不能來高鐵站接，結果可以，而且我到了芷江站沒多久車就來了，送機提前一晚上約的，司機準時到達，司機也很熱情，服務態度特別好，聊天過程中都能感覺到他對自己工作酒店的熱愛自己工作的熱愛。
晚間還送了銀耳紅棗粥。
早餐也很棒，早去的話還有環境位置坐，早餐裏有本地特色的粉，吃着也很好吃。
如果你來芷江旅遊住宿的話，一定要選擇這裏。

房間很乾凈整潔，訂的無早餐標間，到店給升級了房間，並且還提供了早餐。房間依江而建，江景視野開闊，晚上坐在房間就能看到對岸的燈光秀。位置很好，去幾個景點都很方面。晚上玩完回來房間裏備了兩碗小米粥，沒想到離店時還送了兩瓶水一個小鏡子和掛件，服務很好，下次來還會選這裏。

意想不到這麼小的縣城，還有這麼好的酒店，酒店的環境真的是特別的好，位置也非常的得天獨厚，房間就在河邊風景特別優美，早上一起床坐在房間的落地窗看風景，別提有多舒服了一陣微風吹來，非常的愜意，特別感謝的是前台的小姐姐看見我心裏很多幫忙把行李全部送到房間還免費贈送了幾瓶水，晚上還幫忙洗衣服，真的是太棒了，到了晚上還送來了熱騰騰的銀耳紅棗粥，別提有多舒心了，心裏暖暖的這麼好的酒店，一定要讓更多人知道不愧是芷江最好的一家酒店。

到山水大酒店，是看了平台客人評價不錯，到了這裏感受超出預期，常規的不用説，每天晚上都有綠豆粥送到房間，還有洗凈的衣服送回房間，這些都是免費的。房間超大落地窗面朝舞水河，剛好可以看到芷江三橋和橋上的雁塔秋風，到龍津橋也沒幾步路，美景盡收，以後有機會肯定住這裏了。
