Hampton by Hilton Huai'an Jingkai

During the Chinese New Year, I specifically booked your home because I was afraid of being in trouble. I never expected that I would be disappointed. The sofa was so big and dirty. I was thinking about Chinese New Year, so I didn’t bother. I asked the waiter to bring me a quilt for cushioning, but I got a quilt. It didn’t have a quilt cover, but there was a bunch of hair when I opened it. I was speechless😓

Overall, it's average. Such a high-quality international chain hotel doesn't even have aromatherapy.  (Or do you think I have a bad nose?!!I didn't smell it!!!) Before checking in, I specifically asked Ctrip customer service to contact the hotel and said it was available. When a child checked in, the hotel asked the hotel to prepare items for the child. However, they did not prepare anything. When the guest called the hotel to ask for it, they were given a pair of children's slippers and adult toothbrushes. I booked a family room and it said that it was OK. There are three people staying. Since it is written above, why is there not three breakfasts? The guests were also made to pay for an extra breakfast. Although it cost dozens of dollars, it was very uncomfortable. When checking out, there was no bag in the room that could hold broken items. I had to wait a long time to ask for it from the hotel. It didn't arrive for a long time, (of course we didn't even ask for it because we waited too long), which felt like a very neglectful guest, (it made the guest feel a bit like a beggar, so we need to ask the hotel for such things, that way) You also need to ask for things from the hotel) The price is really disappointing for the service. There are not many styles of breakfast and there is a lack of food.

This is my second trip to Huai'an with my baby. As always, I stayed at the Hilton Hotel. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is not far from the Huai'an East High-speed Railway Station. It is also very convenient to go to the West Amusement Park. The hotel is clean and hygienic, the service is friendly, and the breakfast is particularly rich in variety, including Western pastries, Chinese food, milk coffee☕ and Huaian specialty tea trays. It is really the best choice for traveling with your baby! ! ! Every time I check in, the hotel manager upgrades the room type, gives the baby a fruit plate, and gives the baby a gift when I leave 🎁 and specially arranges a car to deliver it to the station. It’s really special and feels like I’m home... Love you all , I will still go home next time I come to Huai’an! ! !

I live in his house every time I travel. I'm used to it. If I don't live here, I don't feel handsome anymore.

The location of the hotel is very good, the lobby is very warm and stylishly decorated, there is free tea in the lobby, the room has good lighting, the front desk service is particularly good, the sound is sweet, the hotel has free parking, parking is very convenient, the breakfast is very good, the dishes are many, and there is local Features, restaurant service is meticulous and considerate. Passing through Huai'an, I didn't want to go to the night to find this hotel. In the urban area, there are bustling commercial districts around. We didn't go out late, and the takeaway order was quick. The decoration is new and the environment is very clean. Before leaving, the waiter also gave gifts, biscuits and yogurt, which were loved by the children. Always said that I still want to live.
