The hotel room facilities are very old and dangerous. 前台服務員主動熱情，老遠看見客人就主動迎接和打招呼。酒店裡麪的設施很好，房間整潔，泳池的水很乾凈，早餐很棒，樣式豐富，特別是水果品種多樣。酒店外面風景非常漂亮，上午圍着湖轉了一圈，很多鳥和野鴨子。正門對面的公園也很漂亮。感覺酒店更像一個度假區。

我們是自駕遊客户，途徑淮安，網上找到了淮安開元名都大酒店中途休息一天；個人感受有以下幾點：1.酒店各條業務網上的服務人員整體專業能力和敬業精神都非常強；2.整個飯店，附屬設施，房間佈置都非常合理，科學；3.早餐品類非常齊全，完全可以滿足各類不同人羣的需求；4.入住酒店後，可以類似在公園散步，休閑，放鬆身心；5.酒店有非常多的停車位，是一個非常好的休息站。以下是入住酒店的體會：進入酒店首先看到酒店規模之大，類似一個公園，環境非常漂亮，保安引導我們停好車後並幫我們將行李送到大堂，大堂前台的二位服務人員（楊梅霞，韓順英）非常熱情接待了我們，並主動升級了我們的房型，同時將入住後的詳細情況作了介紹，退房時對於我們入住後的體驗作了溝通交流，讓我們有種像回到家的感覺，非常温馨；客房服務員也非常熱情，我們多要幾瓶礦泉水泡茶，完全滿足了我們；餐廳服務員也十分熱情，吃完早餐還主動為我們送來紅茶，酒店配置的服務人員敬業精神很好，及時清理餐桌，使整個就餐環境非常好。到淮安非常值得推薦的酒店，給予五星好評。

房間設施略微陳舊，洗澡間地面瓷磚有一塊竟然掉了，活動的。標間1.2米的床親子家庭住有點太小了，標間沒有1.5米的雙床可以選擇，房間設施該改簽了。 園林式酒店外部環境還是不錯的，適合散步跑步，遛娃，停車場很大也很方便。 酒店早餐也挺方便，選擇也挺多。
