設施：房間較新，空調不行，半夜被凍醒.
服務：態度很親切. 但午夜無人值班. 早餐7:00開始，實際7:30 菜品才備齊.

房間乾淨舒適，寬敞，環境優雅安靜，沒有噪音，休息的很好！早餐還應要求給送到了房間裏。停車場很大！酒店就在洪澤湖岸邊，空氣清新滋潤。

酒店不錯，就是服務跟不上！晚上想吃個晚餐居然餐廳黑洞瞎火空無一人，實在難以想象。

買的攜程房券含2張方特門票才588。
地理位置～在洪澤湖邊上的一個度假村，離方特和高速都很近，方便。
房間～預訂的大床房，挺好的，入住的時候工作人員説早上船閘可能會吵，事實睡得很安穩啥也沒聽到。
早餐品種不多，但是味道不錯，尤其是度假村自己種的梨子特別好吃。
還有很大的玩水的充氣城堡，兩個孩子玩得不肯走。
重點表揚劉慧經理，人美心善又負責任。溝通順暢，加分加分！
總之這個價格很滿意的了，下次再去玩還會住。

強烈推薦這家酒店！酒店就挨着洪澤湖，我住的房間有陽台外面就是湖，風景無敵。房間設施完善網速快，最主要的是住在這裏就像回家一樣温暖，這裏的每一位員工都那麼和藹善良，他們收養了很多流浪貓和一衹被遺棄的小狗仔，它們就像小小的酒店員工，客人一進門它們就跟你親密無間地賣萌，這驚喜簡直不要太好！酒店的園區非常滿意，有自己的碼頭還有大片綠地和適合拍照的花牆，園子裏還有給貓咪們建的窩，貓咪們都不怕人，快樂地玩耍着。我們剛來的時候一進園區就發現地上有個黑塑料袋差點壓過去再走進發現是一衹純黑的貓咪在躺着曬太陽🌞！ 這麼善良的酒店還是第一次遇到，太讚了！ 在酒店大堂辦手續的時候又跟小狗子和小狸貓玩了半天，到房間後沒關門收拾東西的時候突然聽見一聲貓叫哈哈是那衹黑白花的貓媽媽來我們房間視察了，太暖心❤啦！我相信這麼善良的酒店一定會生意興隆！以後我還會再去看那些毛孩子！
