酒店的人熱情質樸，服務周到，園內就是景區，比較適合喜歡靜的人羣停留，床品非常乾淨，枕頭也很舒服，我們習慣晚起，酒店的人還按照我們的作息做了早餐，實在是太感謝了🙏非常好的住宿體驗👍👍

該酒店位於新四軍文化園裡麪，是一幢幢的小樓圍繞着一個人工湖，小橋流水，亭台樓閣。酒店位置比較偏遠，而我覺得這既是缺點也是優點，在十一到處人滿為患的時候，這裏居然衹有寥寥幾組住客，車子隨便停，晚上等於包場，在燈光旖旎的花園裡散步，非常享受。房間也乾淨整潔，服務人員態度也好。酒店提供簡易的早餐，午飯和晚餐就得開車去鎮上吃，不太方便。更適合開車自由行的遊客。

環境：在距離高速出口非常近的位置，整個酒店佔地面積極大，進口處是紀念館，酒店中間是一個景觀水域，綠化覆蓋率高，環境優美。
服務：到達酒店之前，前台小姐姐就電話來確認，到達的時候，已經在前台等候並貼心的準備了樓上的房間，因為夏季環境濕潤，考慮到我們北方客人一時不習慣。
特評一下：因為附近沒有早餐，又沒有在酒店預訂，前台客服特意安排餐廳給準備了熱湯麪，口味鹹香，配料豐富，一看就是精心準備。

整個酒店服務特別好，前台幫我們送水訂餐，還有個小姐姐看到我在户外喂蚊子，還特地拿來花露水，主動服務意識極好。餐廳服務也很好，飯菜可口。特別喜歡這種清凈的地方，還能免費參觀博物館，對寵物友好！

新開業不久，房間乾淨整潔，離高速距離很近。自駕遊短暫的休整是一個可以選擇的酒店。服務人員態度好。但是在服務細節及服務軟件還需加強。該酒店所在地為黃花塘村。所以除了文化園內的環境優美外，出了文化園就“前不着村後不着店”。十分鐘車程是當地小鎮，相對較簡單貧乏。三餐需要預訂，攜程上沒有提示訊息。

幫忙升級了房間，窗外就是大船和紀念館。
酒店環境絕了，安靜且有文化底藴，不出去就在酒店裡逛逛看看也能消磨休閑時間。
房間整潔舒適，床特別舒服，枕頭也有兩種選擇。
服務特別好，本來沒有早餐的，但是怕我們起的太晚來不及吃飯還是幫我們安排了，雖然衹是麪，但是搭配了自製的小菜，和正宗草雞蛋，真的太好吃了。
而且寵物友好，實在是太先進了。
下次還會再來的！

有紅色革命情懷看到這個新四軍的名字就預訂了，沒想到是在一個紅色革命文化產業園裡，環境很清雅，房間是中規中矩的軍隊風格，乾淨，前台服務很温馨。
下次來盱眙吃龍蝦，還會再來的。

離高速路很近，房間也不錯，環境很好，很安靜。服務熱情，能滿足客人的需求。關鍵是對寵物友好，院子裏就足夠狗狗的活動空間了
