6號入住，非常感謝6號夜班的前台工作人員。夜裡孩子發燒，到凌晨問酒店前台有沒有温度計，當時已經叫不到**了。前台留了聯繫方式出去給買回來，回來特意沒有敲門怕打擾孩子，發的消息送的温度計和退燒葯。萬分感恩，吉祥如意

很少給酒店點評，這次入住樺甸美倫酒店非常棒，本來第一選擇不是在這住，就是聽説新開酒店電話諮詢下，店內張密接待人員，非常熱情，沒在當地住，連夜驅車過來住在這，也是順路，要的不當地主第二天再趕過來了，入住後體驗非常好，非常貼心，服務人員經管都上崗剛一個月，但是服務非常熱情，在這個城市感覺非常意外，再次感謝各位熱情服務，以後樺甸美倫國際是我入住首選

衞生服務：很一般，連住幾天，第一天沒有打掃更換洗漱用品浴巾毛巾，晚上到店裡溝通前台臨時才弄。第二天打掃也沒鋪床，衹換了洗漱用品。
前台服務：技能不熟練，每天晚上回來都無法開門，要去前台制卡。
停車服務：一開始沒地下停車場，後面開了，就不讓停地上了，一直説地上不行，別人的車眼前就能停，差別對待。
硬件設施：電梯有的需要刷卡，有的不需要，系統也沒調試好
好的方面，整體酒店外觀，房間，大堂的硬件還是上檔次的，在樺甸應該是很好的了，希望軟服務跟上
