Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Service einzigartig. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk in der Lobby empfangen. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, alles wurde durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter erklärt. Das Hotelzimmer war gross, hell und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt, neue Handtücher bereitgelegt. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Hoteleingang war dabei. Der Swimmingpool mit Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Das Restaurant in dem wir das Abendessen zu uns nahmen war ebenfalls mit Blick auf das Meer wunderschön. Der Service war einzigartig, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Waren immer darauf bedacht das es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Abschied fiel schwer, denn es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Land, mit sehr freundlichen, entspannten Menschen die uns den hektischen Alltag in unserer Heimat vergessen ließen. Sehr gerne kommen wir, wenn es uns möglich ist, in dieses wunderschöne Land sowie Resort wieder.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Our stay was made even more memorable as we were able to celebrate my sister's birthday and anniversary simultaneously. Counter service is quite poor, no recommendations for staying at all. Because we reserved a deluxe room We cannot know how many people were staying in the deluxe room zone that day. The day we checked in and went into our room at Building 10 or Building 11, I don't remember exactly4. The floor has a lot of rooms. When we got there it was very quiet with no one staying in any of the rooms. We were two women. We looked at each other and decided to go ask to change rooms. We asked the counter why they didn't inform us first that there were no people staying in the building. If we upgrade the room, we agree. which the answer was Well, the customer has reserved a deluxe room. I feel terrible about answering. While we were waiting to change rooms, there was another man who had also reserved a deluxe room. Came to ask for a change and he informed me that no one could stay there. It was very quiet and scary. Plus, on the first floor, not a single light was turned on. The service should be greatly improved. If someone has reserved a deluxe room in that zone and there are no guests, they should be advised to upgrade the room before losing their feelings. I think everyone would be willing to upgrade if they knew that no one was staying in that zone. Which is really very scary.

The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Hot water heater is working well with good water pressure. Bed is huge, soft and comfortable. Housekeeper has been doing a wonderful job and keeping the place spotlessly clean. Breakfast spread is reasonable. The room comes with a beautiful Seaview, especially at sunrise. There is a Tesco Express and 7-11 just a few minutes walk away. There are a few local food stalls nearby if you need some late night supper. I would definitely return back to Mida De Sea.

The only thing for which I lowered my rating a little is the location, quite decently from the center, but if you have a bike, there are no problems. Otherwise everything is fine. Clean, spacious room, friendly staff.

Had an amazing stay at the Movenpick. Rooms were spacious and service was awesome. Staff were amazing and food at both restaurants was really nice. The only negatives were; the hotel is not close to town or restaurants and the free shuttle only had 3 time slots per day into town (2pm, 7pm and 10pm). Our deluxe pool view room was amazing & had all the amenities one needed. Loved the little details that the housekeepers did to the room (essential oils each day in oil burner, closing curtains at night and a little tidy up of rubbish each afternoon) nothing was an issue. Loved that they also had a little buggy that could take you roud the resort if you didn’t want to walk from restaurants to rooms. If you want a relaxing quiet time get away, the movenpick is a great choice.

I booked a pool villa here for 10 nights. The villa was all right. Man has a own pool but sunbed is not needed here, according to management. Only a table full of duves and 4 chairs. Oh the table wasn't even washed in the 10 days, it was similar when cleaning the rooms. Only after I've made it at the reception, you probably realised that after 8 nights at 35 degrees, you might have to change your bedside once. The breakfast did not deserve the name. Once there was Asian buffet once only one ticket with three egg foods. Wurst cheese etc. could man long search. When I raised a coffee cup the hip broke and two more cups broke because they were stacked over each other. I was immediately told that I had to pay the 3 cups now. What I naturally hardened. But was then simply cancelled from my credit card. The hotel probably runs a 2 price strategy. With a Asian mobile card the booking price is more than half cheaper than with a European mobile card. In all, I have forgiven too many stars here.
