Room size is spacious, cool air conditioning, clean bathroom, water heater available. There is a medium sized refrigerator for storing things. There is a hot water boiler. And coffee service. Let’s talk about the location first: The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk away from two alleys of Market Village, Hua Hin’s two major shopping malls. The only drawback is that the bath water is a bit small, the temperature is sufficient, but the water is a bit small.

I had 3 weeks at Baan Yokmhanee in July 2024 and was very happy with the room and service. I was intending to travel and so initially booked for 1 week and then extended and extended again. Clean sheets every day was nice and its a big room with the biggest bed I have ever slept in. Separate kitchen with fridge & hot water jug, lounge to sit and read my book and a balcony as I am a smoker. I would definitely stay her again and am planning my next trip.

Located in a quiet street yet walking distance to Market Village shopping mall, 7-11, restaurants, massage shops etc. The manager was friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious and modern looking. Would have to be one of the largest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It had a wardrobe, desk & chair, table & 2 chairs, sofa and small table & 2 chairs for the balcony. Separate room with fridge, kettle and sink. Aircon and tv worked fine. The bed had clean linens and provided a comfortable sleep. Power point beside the bed. The bathroom had a segregated shower with hot water and good pressure. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Happy to recommend.

Centrally located, clean, good price. Highly recommended for Hua Hin. Very suitable for long-term stays as there is a small kitchen. Cooking equipment, dishes, etc. can be rented for little money. Market Village Huahin can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The sea is also about 5 minutes.
