Very bad experience. Poor management. Resort shuttle bus sent us to incorrect locations. Charged us incorrectly. One of locations we can’t even get any transportation back to the resort. Not recommended to any tourist.

Customer needs to clean the villas before leaving its funning, customer visits to enjoy and relax, please remeber this, during the checking out it spent 15mins for checking out so slow

I went to check in at two o'clock and the room was not ready. When I arrived, the villa was completely unclean and the toilet was stained. After the final complaint, I moved to another villa. The room is very spacious, but the lights are broken and have not been repaired. There are no trash cans, paper towels, and hair dryers, and there are mosquitoes.
After checking out, I took the initiative to arrange a taxi back to the city. The waiter's attitude was very good, but the environment was worse than expected.

The overall is good, but the location is not very convenient, the nearest 7–11 has to be driven, if there is almost no car, it is not recommended to stay in this hotel, it is almost isolated from the world
