Booked at about 10pm. Staff are friendly and patient. The hotel is quite old. The room is quite big. As they only left with 2 queen size beds and within our budget so we just grabbed for a night stay. The room is not very well lighted. They have a balcony and there is a stationary bike. They provide toiletries and they have separate shower and bathtub. The hotel is just opposite the police station so it’s super safe. Nearby hotel has got 2 temples. There is a KTV and convenience stores too. But we note that not many shops are opened even at around 9am.

Fantastic hotel and facilities. Rooms are very spacious and beds comfortable. There is a buffet breakfast which is delicious and caters for all. The restaurant is amazing and cheap with a 6 course meal. There is also a cafe just after receptwhich puts out great meals and also very cheap. The staff from management down are always smiling and ever helpful. Swimming pool, sauna and gym on the top floor along with a kids play area. Overall a fantastic stay and I will return.

The hotel is very close to the city. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the Chenghuang Temple. It just happens to be a leisurely walk with your girlfriend. After eating the temple food, you can also walk by the way to help digestion.

1. The old-fashioned Hsinchu Hotel (formerly CITIC Hotel), the service staff said that the first time you stay, you will be upgraded to the room type (!?), so you will be upgraded to the Yayi room. The hotel is a mixed building for the business, there is a hotel elevator, the other two are shared elevators, the hotel lobby is located on the first floor, the other side of the building is Meihuatai, selling affordable daily necessities, is a good place to go shopping *time! The parking lot of the hotel is located in the basement of the building, but because no one guards it and the fence in the basement does not automatically rise, you have to find relatives and friends to get off the bus and inform the hotel staff to open the fence before entering the parking lot. And a sign on the fence says ”The parking space is full”, the hotel staff said that to prevent the outside car entering, if you don't directly ask the hotel staff, you may be cheated by the sign! 3. The hotel counter staff is still kind. 4. The room in Yayi room is great, the bathroom is large, There is a wet and dry separation bathroom. The bathroom of the room type we stayed in was the innermost side of the room. Next to the bathtub was the entire large window, with good lighting and good view, which exceeded my expectations! (Originally staying in a deluxe room, the photos on the hotel's official website did not seem to have a wet and dry separation bathroom. The bathroom is small and dark, and the grade is very poor!) 5. The hotel room floor has a small public area, 2 luxury massage chairs (with blankets) and 1 TV for tenants, there is a simple coffee machine, there are many modes to choose from, if you come to stay, you must try it. 6. The gym is located on the other side of the room floor. It is very inconvenient to change to the gym and take the elevator to get there. 7. Breakfast is average, basically there are some, you can also eat enough. Hotels also receive Luke Regiment, to avoid interfering with each other, there is another planning space for Luke Regiment to use breakfast. 8. Outside the hotel is a lively city. Hsinchu City Government is on the opposite street, next to Hsinchu City Tax Bureau, there is an alley next to it. There are several cheap gourmet shops to eat. This trip has to one of the Japanese restaurant to eat, the food is delicious, cheap consumption, very convenient! 9. In combination with the above, the comfort of the room (Yayu Room), the Grand Master. The guest. Yingying, great! (Especially the bathroom is really great), as for other aspects, it is more general, next time I have the opportunity, I should still come to live!

The location is very close to Hsinchu Station and the Chenghuang Temple business district. Therefore, there are many places to eat, play, and take photos nearby. Even if it’s very late, you don’t have to worry about going out and not having anything to eat. Although the hotel's appearance and hardware facilities are relatively old, But the layout and decoration of the room can still be seen how much renovation has been done. Due to the epidemic, the breakfast part has been changed to the hotel. You can buy McDonald's or a traditional breakfast shop outside for guests to choose to take it in the room. The attitude of the hotel staff is quite friendly and makes people feel good about it. Even though the hotel facilities, decoration and hygiene may be less than ideal But the cordial human touch is a big plus.

This time I took the children to Hsinchu Billiards game and stayed. I checked in at 9 o'clock in the evening and left at 7 o'clock in the morning the next morning. When the counter staff checked in and checked out, the service was very kind and caring. Have you had breakfast? Blessings to children for competition cheering, etc., people feel very good; the triple room and bathroom are spacious, but the cleanliness of the carpet in the room is part of the effort to improve the overall feeling; breakfast is a Chinese-based buffet breakfast, multiple delicious, not greasy.
