Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price we paid. We booked this hotel expecting a relaxing family trip, but the experience was poor from beginning to end. The first problem happened at dinner. The restaurant was still open, yet we had a confrontation with a chef who refused to serve us properly and created a very uncomfortable situation in front of other guests. Instead of enjoying our evening, we spent our time dealing with arguments and complaints. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion for our family. The room itself was another major disappointment. The refrigerator was not working, which we only discovered later at night. We had food and milk stored inside, and by the time the hotel replaced the refrigerator, some items had already been lost. A functioning refrigerator is a basic expectation in any hotel room. The most serious issue was cleanliness. We found cockroaches and bugs in the room, including near the bed and in the bathroom. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging these rates. We took photos and videos and reported the issue immediately. The room felt old, poorly maintained, and not at the standard that the hotel advertises. The overall condition did not match the price we paid. What disappointed us most was the way our concerns were handled. We reported the problems, showed evidence, and explained everything, yet there was no meaningful resolution. We left feeling that our complaints were not taken seriously. For the amount we paid, I expected a clean room, working facilities, professional service, and basic hospitality. Instead, we experienced staff issues, a broken refrigerator, insects in the room, and a very frustrating overall experience. I would not stay here again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers

Low quality

The hotel not only boasts numerous facilities, but its recreational facilities cater to both adults and children! What impressed me most was that, since I was traveling with my child, the staff were very considerate, helping with luggage, pressing elevator buttons, and keeping an eye on my child. It was very heartwarming, and I would definitely stay here again for a trip. Thumbs up!

It's a great place for family travel and the room is very comfortable, but the bed is a bit hard and the TV is small.

The space is large, the amusement facilities are abundant, the breakfast is delicious, the children had a lot of fun, and we will come again! Booked a family room, and when I opened the door, I saw three double beds and a balcony. The mountain view was very relaxing.

Overall great

The room was ok, but there were many indoor and outdoor facilities. The kids liked it very much. I will come again when I have time.

The facilities outside the hotel are very interesting. The children had a lot of fun playing inside. There is also a swimming pool inside the hotel. It is a real heated water swimming pool. It is not cold at all. The children played until their faces turned red.

After all, it is a well-known resort that has been operating locally for many years. Most of the internal facilities really need to be renovated.

超乎預期的飯店，工作人員親切，房間舒適乾淨，房間沒有地毯，是木地板，而且每房配備空氣清淨機，雖然下雨，但是雨備都很棒，晚上還有偵探遊戲讓小朋友放電，很好玩。值得稱讚的是晚餐與早餐，與一般的飯店不同，皆以快炒台菜為主，晚餐有咕咾肉、桔醬白切雞，早餐有滷肉飯、關東煮、地瓜、稀飯等，非常令人驚艷，原本擔心加價的晚餐與早餐會很類似，結果菜色幾乎不重複，統一真的很用心。唯一需要建議的是廁所燈光較暗，有機會可以調整一下。

很適合帶孩子去，館內、館外很多設施，泳池及各種不難但有趣的挑戰設施，小孩玩的開心，大人也可以順便運動一下。

設施服務一切很好，早餐提供豐富。

晚餐海鮮蠻多又新鮮，早餐種類比較少一點，房間內有除濕機很棒👍👍，飯店內的設施很多，適合全家大小一起玩樂！
