The room was whit air all around just after the supposed to clean it. I was disgusting and then my wife got sick after they use a very strong liquid to clean the room. We had a bad experience there unfortunately

Four rooms in the whole place had a bathtub
The staff was friendly, but hard to find. Numerous people stood at the counter for quite a while on different days before someone came. I even called the hotel from the front counter and nobody answered the phone, but they were in the room right behind the counter.

The shuttle service was a total mess. No clear way to arrange for a pick up. Waited over hour. Finally tipped another hotel’s driver to take me to the property. I will stay at that other hotel next time

Would have got 5 stars but the guy doing check-ins last right was rude and had 0 customer service skills, Best part of the stay was the shuttle driver in the early morning. Also a pleasure to talk to him at least.

I had a terrible experience when I booked this hotel through *******!
There was an error with this booking… I had wanted to book from November 30 to December 1 but I was at the airport making the booking and my screen refreshed and the date somehow switched to December 15-16. I messaged ******* right away on the 30th and they said that would have to discuss with the hotel.
I headed over to the hotel and asked if I could switch the date from the 15th to that night but the people at the front desk told me I would have to cancel the booking for December 15-16 with ******* as they were unable to do any changes for a booking done through a third-party like *******
I paid for the stay that night and
contacted ******* again and they said that the hotel would not cancel it.
In the end I ended up having to pay for the December 15th booking too even though I did not use it.
I’m pretty disappointed as I had thought that booking through ******* was the safe way to go but all I got was the run around with both the hotel and ******* placing the blame on each other

After multiple attempts to call to get the shuttle from IAH, we had to pay for a taxi as the staff would not answer the phone. Upon check in, we also noticed the receptionist would not answer the ringing phone.
