Spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable property. I would definitely stay here again. Also, I arrived prior to my 3pm checkin, and the front desk was able to get me in a room by 2pm, which she did not have to do. Definitely a plus for customer service.

Your front desk has horrible customer service. They got two of our reservations wrong. They said there wasn’t a room available for one of my coaches, but then later found out it was somehow put under another coaches name who had already checked in at 4 PM that day. That goes to show that your security is not the best. I had to come down to the lobby two times after midnight to get my coaches checked in because your records were wrong. I booked through a third-party and your front desk kept asking for my Marriott reservation number, knowing I did not have one.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was fine for a quick stay in Houston. I think it is time to upgrade for technology (plugs and such for phones and laptops). My only two "complaints" was that there wasn't free coffee in the lobby, you had to pay for it (free coffee in the room with powdered creamer) and there wasn't any hot water in my room. My co-worker did not have the same water issue. The location is great if staying in Bellaire or surrounding areas.

Very comfortable room and bed. Very small fridge and somewhat inconvenient parking lot, also fairly small with difficult ingress and egress. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice clean hotel. They have an outdoor pool and sauna, which I missed in the description otherwise I would have brought my suit! The staff were welcoming and always acknowledged us whenever we left or came in. They have security patrolling which I was comforting. The advertised bistro/bar is like a Starbucks that also serves alcohol. I was expecting more of a lounge type atmosphere. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the staff, room comfort and hotel cleanliness. It was close to NRG stadium and the university district which had plenty of food options.
