Stay was nice, staff was fantastic almost all the way around, I with the concierge had haloed with the door even when he was there when our hands were full. Check in staff was nice and helpful coffee shop staff was fantastic!! Great people! Only other place of improvement would be quieter HVAC. The price also has gone up significantly from last year, more than Marriott.

Karen at the front desk is not very helpful. I was double charged for my stay, and was charged an extra night for Valet. She washed her hands on all counts. I was finally able to have the double charge for the stay reimbursed, however, she is washing her hands regarding the two nights of valet. When I asked to speak with a manager she proudly claimed she was the manager on duty, and she would not help me further (I know for a fact that the manager has the authority to waive valet, since last year my father had an accident and as compensation, they waived the valet fees). Horrible experience. It seems she is just doing it out of spite.

Perfect location for events at Minute Maid stadium all staff are helpful and very polite. Food on site is good. Lots of great dining options surrounding hotel as well.

Hotel in excellent location for walking to Minute Maid Park and other location attractions. Hotel is very clean and dining options and bar were great. The rooms are updated and modern. The bathroom was outdated with no walk in shower. Overall a great place to stay.

Super welcoming at valet, and extra nice/patient as we took some time checking in with our pups, allowing them to potty. Then valet graciously carted our belongings (and dog crates) to our room, all with a smile. So refreshing & helpful!
Room was comfy & clean & pretty quiet for being downtown. Just staying overnight for a game, which was a :5 walk to stadium, Go ‘Stros!

The hotel is beautiful. Room clean and comfortable. Every staff that we encountered was so helpful, polite and friendly. Hotel valet staff held car doors open in and out of the car. Would definitely stay here again.
