"The room was clean and comfortable, with a soft bed. But I'd like to deduct points for the soundproofing. If the room next door was snoring, you could hear it every time. Otherwise, everything else was good. I highly recommend it."

Amazing
GGuest UserTheir hotel had basic amenities, but almost every additional service was chargeable, starting with breakfast. Breakfast was served at the restaurant next door and required separate booking and payment. The breakfast itself was so-so, but the service was appalling. Not only were they indifferent, but their tone was visibly impatient. I paid extra for their service, so I understand their sense of superiority. It was arguably the most unpleasant restaurant I encountered during my entire trip to Thailand, and their prices weren't exactly cheap. Upon check-in, there were dead flies on the bed; I don't know how they cleaned it, but it was certainly unprofessional. The gaps in the bed rails on the second floor were too large, making me very uneasy. They put us on the third floor, which was a real headache given we had a lot of luggage, especially since there was no elevator.

MMaksim BelykhConveniently located near One Nimman, along with streets lined with cafes and shops. Very clean and cozy. The room includes a TV, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, cotton balls, cotton swabs, and shower caps. The shower has constant hot water. There's no refrigerator or kettle in the room, but these are available in the dining area next to reception. There's a pot of hot water, tea bags, instant coffee, and tableware. There's also one refrigerator for all guests, stocked with baskets. Each room has its own labeled basket. Very convenient. When you check in, you'll find rubber slippers in cloth bags in your room. Earplugs are located above the bed. Bottled water is replenished daily. The small walk-in closet is very convenient. Breakfast comes in two flavors, each stylishly presented: 1. Omelet, 2 sausages, 2-3 slices of toast, some vegetables; 2. Something like shakshuka with chicken and mushrooms, 2-3 slices of toast. Overall, the staff does a great job. There was one disappointing issue, which we've listed in the cons. Cons: The hotel staff couldn't help us book a transfer to Chiang Rai. We needed a private car. Upon request, we were advised to take the bus from the bus station. This is a first for us in many years of traveling to different countries, where hotels have always helped us arrange transfers to other cities or airports. Our cards don't work abroad, so we couldn't use 12go to book a transfer ourselves. The sink only had cool water. Every day, breakfast was limited to eggs. We had to buy our own fruit, greens, and muesli.

ZZAPULIKAI’m a solo female traveler and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. I really loved my room — it was compact, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The lobby was also well-equipped with amenities like a water dispenser and coin-operated washing machines. If you get hungry late at night, they have instant noodles and drinks available for purchase. Coffee, tea, and snacks are provided for free, which was a nice touch. The location is very convenient, close to lots of food options and shopping areas. One thing to note is that there can occasionally be some noise from outside, such as people singing, but it usually doesn’t go past 11 PM. If you're a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs just in case. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place. The price is also very reasonable!

WWar9877This hostel is in a very relaxing and convenient location, especially for people who enjoy sports and wellness activities. You can easily walk to places like yoga studios, Muay Thai gyms, and HYROX training centers. It is also about 1 km from One Nimman, which is walkable although it takes a bit of time. Nearby, there are stores like Big C and 7-Eleven, as well as many famous local food spots within walking distance. The hostel manager is very friendly and handsome too! Most importantly, the food places recommended by the manager were all excellent and worth trying.

JJineeju**Definitely Worth It!** This place is a solid choice for a stay, especially considering the price. The staff, particularly the manager, are friendly and easy to engage with. Upon entering the hostel, I was immediately impressed by the stunning interior design and landscaping. The aesthetic is top-notch, and the charming little garden in the center provides a lovely spot to unwind in the chairs. The location is exceptionally convenient. You can easily access the Saturday and Sunday markets, and there's a 7-Eleven just a short walk away. You’ll also be treated to gorgeous mountain views. Breakfast is quite good, offering a daily selection of bread, fried eggs, fresh fruit slices, waffle, salad ingredients, and stir-fried pasta with veggies. The dorm room, while compact as expected, could use some improvement. The toilet was somewhat cramped and not up to the cleanliness standards I hoped for, with poor water quality, no hand soap, and a lack of space &hangers. The bed and room felt dusty at times. The public seating area, including chairs and tables, needed better upkeep, as did the shared restroom facilities. Keep in mind there’s no air conditioning in common areas, so be ready to manage mosquitoes and the heat. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this hostel for budget-friendly short stays! Ps: love the cat 😻 she was a good friend

GGuest UserIt was a great experience! They have an escalator in the building, so no need to worry about your heavy luggage. The area was very quiet but located 10 minutes from the centre by a motorbike, I found it very convenient. I had a great stay, my apartment had everything I needed. Also it was an easy self check-in and check-out. All instructions were sent to my messenger in advance. Thank you for a great experience 💖🙌🏼

LLudaoluerjiaoThe hotel is located in an alley in the middle of Nimman Road, making it easy to find. The rooms are clean and tidy, suitable for solo backpackers. The price is very good value for money, so I extended my stay for two more days.

BBjörn AbroadWhen I checked in, they probbed if I would be interested in volunteering to help others check in, in exchange for a small discount. It didn't seem to make great financial sense to do that, but it might be an option for those looking for a cheaper stay. Initially, I posted a 5 star review on google because I was told that I could get 20% off the following night if I left that review while mentioning the person (volunteer) who helped me check in. The staff member (volunteer?) the next morning didn't know how to apply the 20% discount, despite being aware of it. After getting help, the 20% discounted rate was found to be significantly higher than if I simply booked again on trip.com. So... Nuts to that! So here's an honest review. It's a very well-located and seemingly well-maintained place, but the mixed dorm room is very very small and the spiral staircase wasn't the best. Despite that, I felt more comfortable than might be expected. Dark curtains around the bunks provided good privacy and a teeny tiny metal box to leave valuables was helpful. The bathroom is comprised of a series of small identical cubicles without enough space to use the toilet comfortably, but seemingly appropriate for what this place seems to be going for - a party hostel. I didn't make use of the bar, and there didn't seem to be anything of a party (I was there on a weekday), but the structure and outdoor area does seem well-geared for parties. The outdoor area might benefit from more shade during the day and I would personally change the layout a bit. Overall, a good stay in a nice hostel.

AAnonymous UserThis is my last night stay in chiang mai, staff are rlly nice, and helpful. The pool is not usable but it’s okay, I don’t expect a good price like this to have pool. 😆 Location: Very close to the airport; HOWEVER to the city center, maybe need to walk 20 mins. Please be careful when you walk in the night, there’re some stray dogs on your way back and they’re not friendly, I suggest you take GRAB if in the night. There’s an attraction: Kalm village, and the old lady selling fruits next to it, Highly Recommend! Try the coconut! You can sit there and eat the coconut meat 👍

NNOOMKUBThis is a classic old hotel, about 8 km from the airport. The elevator is there but out of service, so you have to take the stairs. Checking in was a bit confusing at first – where's the front desk staff? It turns out you check in via an automated kiosk. If you look confused, a staff member will come to help you. The air conditioning works great. The wooden wardrobe is broken and very vintage. The old parquet flooring has a great vibe. The bathroom is decorated in the style of an old school toilet from 1987 – luckily, there's still hot water and a comfortable toilet. The bed is very soft, accompanied by the sound of planes taking off periodically. After midnight, it's quiet until 8 AM. The hotel is on the main road, with pubs, massage parlors, and restaurants nearby. It's perfect for backpackers or ghost hunters, focusing on a casual solo stay or with friends for content creation. For just over 600 baht, just sleep it off, morning will come eventually. So many stories! This is the first hotel I've booked that left me utterly baffled, and I really wanted to write a review about it! 😂😂😂 Go check it out!
