MMaksim BelykhConveniently located near One Nimman, along with streets lined with cafes and shops.
Very clean and cozy. The room includes a TV, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, cotton balls, cotton swabs, and shower caps.
The shower has constant hot water.
There's no refrigerator or kettle in the room, but these are available in the dining area next to reception. There's a pot of hot water, tea bags, instant coffee, and tableware. There's also one refrigerator for all guests, stocked with baskets. Each room has its own labeled basket. Very convenient.
When you check in, you'll find rubber slippers in cloth bags in your room. Earplugs are located above the bed.
Bottled water is replenished daily.
The small walk-in closet is very convenient. Breakfast comes in two flavors, each stylishly presented: 1. Omelet, 2 sausages, 2-3 slices of toast, some vegetables; 2. Something like shakshuka with chicken and mushrooms, 2-3 slices of toast.
Overall, the staff does a great job. There was one disappointing issue, which we've listed in the cons.
Cons: The hotel staff couldn't help us book a transfer to Chiang Rai. We needed a private car. Upon request, we were advised to take the bus from the bus station. This is a first for us in many years of traveling to different countries, where hotels have always helped us arrange transfers to other cities or airports. Our cards don't work abroad, so we couldn't use 12go to book a transfer ourselves.
The sink only had cool water.
Every day, breakfast was limited to eggs. We had to buy our own fruit, greens, and muesli.
