Went to check in and they wanted to charge me an extra hundred dollars until i showed them that i had already paid. Then it was an "oh sorry, we have two people checking in with same name". Maybe but doubtful. Got to the room and it smelled like greasy fast-food with a strong odor of old lady perfume. Next morning for breakfast was cereal that was stale and fruit that was mildly bruised and going bad. Never going back to that place.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews. The room was very spacious, clean, updated, and comfortable. I was glad to see a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. The television was big and had lots of channels to choose from. I have no complaints at all. It will be my pleasure to stay there again.

Property was well kept. In waking distance of resturants. Safe area and convenient.
The only negative was that the staff weren’t very friendly. We had to be the initiators of a Helllo or Goodmorning before they acknowledged us. Even when walking in for check in the lady looked up at us and just stared. Maybe just a friendly smile and a look of Happy you chose to stay here with us, would really go a long way.

The good:The staff was excellent! The place was spotless. My room was nice. The location is perfect for convenience to food and shopping. They let me check in early in the day.
The bad:the hotel is apparently in the flight path for FedEx cargo planes coming and going all night, I literally slept an average of 4 hours both nights. Not the place to stay if sleep is important. The breakfast was pitiful and did not offer even one protein? They offer laundry facilities but do not stock the quarters needed to operate the machines.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Everything was in good repair. My only complaint would be that the breakfast was very sp****. No protein, all carbs. Bagels but no cream cheese. Bread for toast, but no butter or jam. The juices tasted old. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

First time staying here. Usually stay at another hotel nearby. Will likely stay here moving forward. Nice place for the price point. And, several dining options nearby. But, off the road enough to br quiet.
