The location of the hotel is really close to waikiki beach 10 min walk , grab your coffee on the way and go to the beach , the hotel staffs are amazing, very helpful, supportive, friendly, every single one of them , this is really important as a solo traveller I had so many questions and inquiries and they helped me to solve everything in an instance. They even have weights to weigh my luggage before the flight. The room had a stunning balcony, everything so clean, no smell no mold, everything was working , the AC , the mini fridge, they even gave me a kettle because i said I loved having coffee in the morning. They have tours as well , activities like hula dancing , Lei making, there is an ABC store for your water , fruits , snacks , sunscreen . Very convenient . I Highly recommend this hotel.

At 1250 (tax included) a day in Hawaii, it's certainly not expensive, and I was mentally prepared to make do. What I didn't expect was that my experience over four nights wasn't great: first, the hygiene was unsatisfactory, and the bedding quality was quite ordinary; second, room cleaning wasn't done as scheduled, with one day completely missed. When I discussed this with the front desk, their attitude was very perfunctory. The room facilities were also quite old. On the positive side, the transportation is quite convenient, just a fifteen-minute walk to the Royal Hawaiian Center.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with comprehensive facilities. It's incredibly convenient, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants all within easy reach. The rooms come with a kitchen, which is very handy. The staff are warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were swift. Absolutely excellent.

The staff were all so kind and wonderful. The power went out at night, but they handled it without any fuss, which I really appreciated. It's also within walking distance to the beach, and having the ABC Store inside the building was a plus.

The service was great and the location was convenient. Considering the affordable price, it's pretty good if you don't compare it to beachfront hotels. It's a good choice for a stay the day before your flight off the island. Excellent value for money!

It was okay. For the price, it's acceptable. The bathroom, though, definitely shows its age, with a lot of old, stubborn stains in the shower that were quite unpleasant to look at. Also, they pre-authorized 300 for my check-in, and I haven't heard anything about it since.

The hotel is a bit old, the pool is small, and breakfast is just okay. Plus, parking is really expensive. However, the location is excellent.

The location and value for money were excellent! While the cleaning wasn't super thorough, I was still very satisfied! Oh, and just a heads up, the showerhead here is fixed.

The cleanliness was great. The staff's service was good, but since everything was in English, I felt a little uneasy. However, it's a very convenient hotel once you get used to Hawaii, as you can walk to various places and the bus stop is close by!

My fourth time here and the staff were always so attentive and helpful. Location is great since it’s walking distance from all the major shopping spots and restaurants in Waikiki. Beach is a few minutes walk away too. Best of all was the price.

The facilities and decor are quite old, but for this price, you can't expect too much. Hotels in the Waikiki area, especially those near the ocean and beach, usually cost upwards of $600. American hotels typically don't provide toiletries or slippers, but this was the first time I encountered a hotel without even tissues or bottled water. There's a water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor where you can refill your own. Breakfast only offered two choices: scrambled eggs and potatoes, plus coffee. The service, however, was quite good. The front desk allowed me to check in early, which I appreciated. The staff also kindly lent me a kettle because I enjoy drinking tea.

Would not recommend. The room was very noisy and I experienced discrimination.
