I like the Pagoda Hotel. Service staff are friendly, good & affordable breakfast...Good location near the neighborhood and shopping areas

The location is convenient and the service is good

There is a peculiar smell in the room, the air conditioner is too loud, and the facilities are old

The room is cleaned once a day, so there aren't enough towels, so I have to go to the front desk to get them, which is very inconvenient.

There are fleas and bugs in the pillowcase, crawling all over my body and head at night, it's disgusting

Very bad experience, the room faces the road, it is very noisy, the air conditioner is old-fashioned, it is very noisy all night, the front desk is not friendly to customers, the room is dirty, the shower in the bathroom is rusty, and I got sick after staying for one night. In short, I will not stay here again, and I suggest that people who choose to stay here should be careful.

It was my brother's first visit to Hawaii in 33 years, and the location was convenient, with Walmart, Ala Moana Center, Don Quijote, etc. close by. The facilities are old and not fancy, so I recommend it for those who don't mind that.
