Very convenient and safe location right next to IHOP, a block from ABC store, and literally a minute walk from a bus stop for the major buses that go to Ala Moana shopping center and the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. The 24/7 front desk was courteous and helpful. They held the luggage for me before check-in time and after check-out so that I could explore the neighborhood without carrying my luggage around with me. Price was reasonable and actually slightly cheaper than other hotels nearby. They would give a big discount for Hawaiian residents if you directly reserve a room from their official website. This was my second stay and I will definitely choose here next time I come back in this area.

I stayed here for my solo trip to the Honolulu Marathon. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Ala Moana Shopping Center and the bustling streets leading to Kapiolani Park on the other side. There was a small souvenir shop and supermarket nearby, so it was convenient for quick shopping. The room had a city view, was clean, and I was comfortable on the 7th floor.

I stayed in four hotels in Hawaii, and this one was the worst. The only good thing was the service. The partial sea view room I booked was completely incomparable to other hotels' partial sea views. Picture 1 was the partial sea view of other hotels, and Picture 2 was his. The key was hygiene. The pillows, blankets, and sofas all exuded a disgusting smell. When I woke up the next day, I was covered in this smell. Fortunately, the cleaning lady was very good. After I explained the situation, she changed the pillows, blankets, sheets, and quilt covers. Although the sofa was still smelly, at least I could sleep. In addition, the room was very noisy. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs, and the towels were also very old.

Cleaning is done every other day, but the room is clean so it didn't bother me. The room was very spacious and relaxing, which I appreciated. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient for going to Ala Moana. The staff were also very kind.

The location of the hotel is OK, Hilton is across the road, and the beach is just a little further away. There are several ABC supermarkets near the hotel, which is convenient for buying things. Although the hotel has been renovated, the layout inside is still unreasonable and inconvenient to use. The floor of the room is slanted, and I always felt a little dizzy when walking at first. The room is cleaned every two days. If there is a lot of garbage, you have to go to the garbage room on the floor to take out the garbage. The room cleaning is rather sloppy, the carpet is not vacuumed every day, there are still hairs on the bathroom floor, and there is dust in places that are not usually touched. It is estimated that it has not been cleaned for a long time. The room price is expensive, but it is still cheap in that area.

Because we cancelled our trip to the Big Island and decided to have an in-depth tour of Oahu instead, we chose to extend our stay. The surrounding environment is really nice. Ala Moana Beach Park and both sides of the canal are suitable for leisure and exercise. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow on the balcony of our hotel room. The No. 20 bus at the door goes directly to the airport. We had a great trip!

I stayed here between flights. The bathtub didn't drain well and the shower water pooled up, which was disgusting. Other than that it was fine.

The location of the hotel is very good. The facilities are old, but the service is very good. The sanitation is not cleaned every day, but every other day. The bathroom is a bit small and the direction of the door is unreasonable. If you leave early and come back late and don't use the hotel facilities, the price/performance ratio is not bad. The balcony view is good .

The room is clean. Our room type does not have a balcony. The one next door has a viewing balcony. The beach can be seen from the window of our room, which is beautiful. We are very happy that there is a microwave in the room, but the air conditioner is too cold. I am more afraid of the cold. The children and dad like such a cold air conditioner.
