The biggest trouble is that the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom on the first floor cannot be locked, which makes people very uncomfortable. Service: The housekeeper will send some check-in messages in advance. Meals: Afternoon tea and breakfast can be described as simple, which is not proportional to the room price. Advantages: The view is good and the decoration style is good. Value for money: relatively low.

房間的衞生確實沒做到位，地毯、地板衞生尤其差，但是跟管家反映以後，找阿姨以及其他人員過來把地毯地板都重搞了一下衞生，房間的桌面衞生也搞得不太乾淨，周邊的環境還是挺不錯的，希望以後衞生能搞到位，別浪費了硬件裝修

看了視頻號上旅遊博主的推薦視頻，懷着滿心期待，我們選擇了紅原集麓家庭營地。本以為作為當地的輕奢民宿，能帶來一場舒適愜意的旅行體驗，然而現實卻讓人失望。 首先，價格與實際體驗嚴重不符。每晚高達 2000 左右的房費，本應享受到高品質的服務和設施，可事實卻大相徑庭。營地的服務和配套根本配不上這個價格水平。 作為獨棟小屋，經過一天太陽暴曬，下午進入房間，裡邊像蒸爐，一股刺鼻的氣味瀰漫在裡邊，根本無法在房間內停留。給管家反應，想打開門窗通風，對方還以草原蚊蟲多為由勸阻。衞生情況也堪憂，不如城裡的星級酒店乾淨徹底。客廳地毯上佈滿了污漬，讓人感覺十分不衞生。床單上也有污漬。馬桶不僅清潔不徹底，沖力還不足。二樓的淋浴温度忽高忽低，一會兒燙，一會兒涼，最後冷得小朋友瑟瑟發抖。房間的窗簾透光嚴重，一大早房間就大亮，對於睡眠不好的人來説，簡直是一場噩夢。早餐方面更是槽點滿滿。不僅等待時間長，而且菜品有的還是冷的，極大地影響了食慾。更奇葩的是，小朋友不論大小都要收費，這在我們住過的眾多酒店中還是第一次見。最後在撥打攜程電話後，才為小朋友免費提供了一份早餐。 拋開以上，唯一讓人心情舒暢的點就是這裏的下午茶，比較精緻，小點心品種多，味道也還可以。在欣賞自然風光的同時，品味茶點，也有那麼一絲愜意！ 但總的來説，這家民宿性價比較低，完全對不起它輕奢的定位和高昂的價格，希望大家不要踩坑！

獨棟複式套房，上下兩個卧室，窗景如畫🏞️客廳超級大～此次甘南環線最喜歡的酒店，性價比超高體驗感拉滿🫶晚上的火鍋套餐也很不錯，唯一的遺憾是當天村裡有活動，騎馬和utv都沒有開～不過大自然的美景可以治癒一切，享受這種坐在露台上放空的感覺！
